Golf course and hiking trail are neighbors while the sea is less than 1 km away.

Cozy house by the sea

The 84 m2 guest section of the Havhus is located 100 meters from the coastline. Northeast of the house, there is a footpath to Allinge, where a hike offers beautiful cliffs and sandy beaches. From the kitchen window and bathroom window, there is a sea view. In 2023, vacation homes were built on the property in front of my house. So now the view is block by block. Central location with just 400 meters to Tejn harbor where the grocery store, Penyllan Brewery and Smedjen Streetfood are located. Above on Nordre Strandvej is Brødre Bageri.

Experience the beautiful island of Bornholm in a lovely house in Rønne, right by the sea, where there are stone stairs where you can swim and SUP board (Borrow our SUP boards). Enjoy the large garden with sunsets trampoline and terrace. The house is a 10 minute walk from a sand beach, forrest, shops and busses. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 toilets a shower, large living room and kitchen with ocean views. The cellar has its own entrance outside, 2 small rooms small shower, Usable but not luxury

Her er masser af plads både inde og ude, du har skoven lige udenfor døren og 700m til havet. Åen løber i baghaven, som er tilgroet med frugttræer og buske og her har du den fineste udsigt til åbne marker. Sorthat er indbegrebet af fred og idyl. Huset er gammelt, kringlet og charmerende. Trappen er lidt stejl og 1.salen er fantastisk. Området inviterer til lange vandre- og løbeture, strandbad, picnic, solnedgang og ferie. Her er gode mountainbikeruter og masser af Bornholms vidunderlige magi.

Our spacious home boasts an exceptional location directly by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the water. The house serves as the perfect starting point for exciting hikes and experiences. Tejn is considered one of the most up-and-coming towns on Bornholm at the moment. Gudhjem, Allinge, and Hammershus are just a short drive away, providing endless opportunities to explore the island's charm and culture. We love sharing its unique atmosphere when we're not using the house ourselves.

Klimavenligt træhus ved havet i Listed, Svaneke

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Luksuriøst sommerhus med den smukkeste havudsigt

Med dette istandsatte og charmerende sommerhus får du en af Bornholms fineste hav- og skovudsigter. Du bor med egen udgang til skoven og med udsigt til den smukkeste solnedgang over havet. Du kan også se Hammershus fra huset. Træterrasserne rundt om huset gør, at du kan finde plads i solen på alle tidspunkter af dagen. Når du åbner de brede dobbeltdøre, bliver terrassen som en del af stuen. Lyset, vandet, skoven og den kuperede natur er helt magisk på denne del af Bornholms nordkyst.

Large detached house in Rønne, Bornholm

Child-friendly detached house. Enclosed gardens with play facilities, large south/west-facing terrace. Indoors, we have both a fireplace lounge decorated as a play area and playrooms. In the bedroom, there is a large 2x3 meter bed. We have sauna. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas and awning. You can park in our carport. Note: We have two cats that can be kept out with doors closed + three rabbits who are happy to fill up with food and drink bowls during the stay.

Idyllisk Gård i maleriske Melsted

Enjoy your holiday in the picturesque fishing village of Melsted. Live in absolute peace and quiet, close to a lovely beach and only one kilometre from the vibrant splendours of Gudhjem. Our lovely 180m2 merchant's house has plenty of space for up to 8 guests. A 2000m2 large and completely enclosed garden invites you to relax and play as well as enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings on the terrace. The house has good light and oozes a lovely atmosphere.

Villa i første række med stor have og lille anneks

140 kvm hus med 3 soveværelser og et soverepo, fordelt på 3 etager og et lille anneks. Vores hus ligger i første række direkte vendt mod øst og solopgangen. Vores lille by hedder Aarsdale og indeholder både Mikkeller Bar og Gorms Pizza, og ligger tilmed kun 3,5 km syd for Svaneke. Vi har en sit-on-top kajak i garagen inkl. redningsveste som må bruges. Derudover har vi en trampolin i vores dejlige vilde have, og et bordtennisbord i vores kælder.

Large house near forest and beach

In the countryside, 8 km north of Rønne and 4 km south of Hasle, lies this beautiful house. With this place as a base, it is not far to the many opportunities for excursions on Bornholm. The large garden invites relaxation between sightseeing and excursions, but is large enough for games and ball games. Most of the garden is fenced with hedges, but be aware that dogs can leave the garden.
