Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. About 600 meters to a very nice sand beach. The house is a zero-energy house where solar cells produce electricity corresponding to annual consumption.

Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården är en vacker Skånelänga från 1800- talet. Varsamt renoverat senaste åren. I detta hus bor jag året runt, men hyr ut det några veckor på sommaren. I Skivarps by finns ett anrikt Gästgiveri på promenadavstånd. 4 km bort finns en av Skånes finaste stränder, Mossbystrand. På samma avstånd hittar man Abbekås med möjlighet till bryggbad och Bongska huset, restaurang, café och bageri. Hundar får följa med in.
