Cozy new country house, with rustic-modern style, in the foothills of the Cojitambo mountain. It has all the basic services (electricity, heater, wifi, modern TV), in addition to all the necessary spaces with modern facilities: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, work area, barbecue and large green space for camping. Just two minutes from the village of Cojitambo and 7 minutes from the archaeological complex, climbing area, trail running and mountain biking.

Our Vacation Home is the ideal destination for those looking for a quiet escape without giving up the modern comforts of the city. Only 20 minutes from downtown Cuenca on a fast and safe highway, and 5 minutes from Challuabamba, one of the most exclusive areas. Nearby you will find cafes, restaurants and supermarkets such as SuperMaxi and Megatienda. And above all, enjoy a walk through the "Grietas de el Plateado". Also, you'll be only 30 minutes from Gualaceo and Paute.

Hacienda Chan Chan - TreeHouse

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.

Its large windows allow you to appreciate the beautiful sunsets and landscapes that the place offers.
