Holiday rentals with a patio in Bosanka

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

I could give this place more stars if I could! Suzana and her family were the greatest hosts that we could’ve asked for. She was quick at response, quick to solve problems(like less than 3 min). Immaculate and pristine apartment. Great location, excellent view, cleanest pool, and the most modern apartment. Just be prepared to climb stairs(esp for older folks). We’ve been told if you come to Croatia, be prepared to walk a lot and climb a lot of stairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Stjepan was excellent in terms of communication. He wrote back immediately and even called me to help sort something out. As a host he goes above and beyond. A note about the stairs: There are a lot of stairs from Old Town (475), but not too many from the nearest road (133), so you could always take a taxi if you wanted to avoid the majority of the stairs. In my opinion, the view is definitely worth the climb and made even more beautiful by the exertion, like reaching the summit on a hike. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to find everything. The only possible drawback is the proximity to the three surrounding units. That being said, the owners of the units all seem to know each other and work well together to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. I highly recommend Stjepan’s apartment.

It was a great stay and such a good decision to stay right outside the walls, away from the extreme noise inside but still right next to it, 5 mins walk from almost everything, while having your privacy and peace. The apartment was amazing, very clean and filled with everything you might need, and Daniel was very responsive and very helpful, I would definitely come back! The

We felt like the King and Queen of this gorgeous little cove! With a private balcony overlooking a popular beach! It was simply spectacular. The place is perfect for two guests. Walkable to town, shops, restaurants etc. We loved it so much we found ourselves rushing back from town to sit on the balcony. I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Nina’s. Incredible view. Lots of stairs with suitcases, but fine for a fit family. 15min walk into the old town. A day trip to Lokrum island and Cavtat is worth it.

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Osojnik. The area is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We especially loved spending our days sunbathing by the pool and just enjoying the calm surroundings. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed! It was exactly the kind of restful escape we were hoping for, and we already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Nikolina. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und sauber mit schönem Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Mit dem Auto oder Uber ist man in ca 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Nikolina war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen Fragen jederzeit geholfen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, eine tolle Wohnung um Dubrovnik zu besuchen 😊

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

This was a great place to stay while visiting the Dubrovnik area. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Tonci was always very responsive and helpful. His mother was very nice and welcoming. We felt right at home. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Die Unterkunft ist in einer schönen Umgebung gelegen und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist so gut ausgestattet, in der Küche findet man alles, sogar Kuchen backen kann man dank Formen und Küchenwaage. Dank der vielen Angebote am Haus (Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb, Yogamatte, Darts, Spiele, Smart TV) kann man sich und Kinder/Teenager gut beschäftigen. Der Ausblick und die Bergkulisse sind toll und (ent) spannend. Im fußläufig erreichbaren kleinen Studenac Market erhält man alles nötige. Man kann einige Ausflüge gut zu Fuss (Sokol Grad) unternehmen oder sonst in guter erreichbar mit dem Auto (Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Molunat,..). Ein Auto benötigt man auf alle Fälle. Die günstige Lage zum Flughafen (nah, aber kein Fluglärm) ist ein Pluspunkt. Kommunikation mit Mia war sehr gut - sie scheute keine Mühen unseren Aufenthalt aufs Angenehmste zu gestalten (früherer Check-in, Einkauf von Lebensmitteln aufgrund der Feiertage) .Absolute Empfehlung.

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. L’hôte nous a très bien accueillis, avec gentillesse et disponibilité. Merci encore pour les recommandations et les conseils qui nous ont été très utiles. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Super stay! Bruno was a really welcoming host. The apartment had everthing you required. Set in a peaceful location about a 25 min walk into the old town. The view from the balcony was a real treat.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon endroit à l'écart de Dubrovnick. Bus au bas de la maison. Plage très bien à 3 minutes . Hôtes très sympathiques et reactifs à nos demandes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
