Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Newly renovated large flat

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Spacious family home close to Beach 🏖 with 🐈‍⬛

We stayed at Henry and Kate’s lovely home for our first holiday with our little boy. Having a young son themselves meant they went above and beyond to leave us many toys, facilities and recommendations to suit our family needs. We felt at home instantly and really enjoyed getting to know them through the pictures on their walls and the many items around the house from their travels. The location was only a short walk to the beach and local amenities - we went to the beach every day! Albert the cat was extremely welcoming and we enjoyed his company each day to feed him and watching him sunbathe in the garden. As a couple who have stayed in many Air BnB’s around the UK, this was the only one we felt truly at home in and we were very sad to leave! Thank you ever so much Henry and Kate, you gave us such a special trip.

This affordable, comfortable accommodation was a great find for me as a solo traveller. A peaceful set up in a great location... Beautiful stretches of the beach accessible at different points, within walking distance for me, and great eating options close by (including vegan options 💚) on both Southbourne & Boscombe high streets. Jason & Tommy are sound and lovely hosts, and gave privacy whilst being on hand, and also gave lots of helpful information on booking about the area/recommended places. Thanks so much 🙏🏼

From the moment we booked to the day of arrival Sarah was an excellent communicator and kept me constantly informed. The drive on the front is small but I still managed to park my Vauxhall Sadie’s tourer with no problem. So convenient to get into the town and felt very at home. Will be back

Lovely flat - nicely decorated, everything we needed for our stay and comfy beds. Convenient location, easy walk to shops and beach. Lots of local cycle routes for exploring a bit further afield. Short drive out to the New Forest. Liz was a great host, with prompt and helpful communications. Highly recommended.
