ELEGANT 1+1 apartment with a hot tub

Important note: Friends, I haven't been able to respond to the comments due to a busy schedule at the moment. That's why I'm leaving a note here. Regarding the last negative comment, the guest said that the jacuzzi wasn't working. The jacuzzi is working just fine. The guest doesn't know how to operate the jacuzzi, and they say that there's no hot water. Regarding the hot water issue, I wish they had called me and told me. I would have explained that the boiler probably ran out of water. It's very simple to adjust. They also say that the floors were dirty. If I walk around my own house today with white socks, the soles will get dirty.

Cihangir is one of the most historic and beautiful districts of Istanbul. There are cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and hospitals around the apartment. "TAKSİM" square and "İSTİKLAL" avenue are very close. The subway, the coast and the tram are within walking distance. Thus, it will be very easy to reach the historical areas. The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. You need to climb about 8-10 stairs. The bedrooms are very quiet as they are on the side of the apartment's back courtyard.

Our house is in Arnavutköy. If you want peace in the city you're in the right place, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the center, close to all popular attractions. Üsküdar, one of the oldest districts of Istanbul, is a touristic area. If you stay in this centrally located place, you will be close to the everywhere with your family. Tourist places such as Eminönü, Kapalı Çarşı, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Sultanahmet, Galata, Taxim are very close. Because the house is next to the metro and you only need to travel 1 stop to go to touristic places by metro. It only takes 5 minutes. Also, if you want to travel by ship, the pier and the metro are next to each other.

My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.
