Step inside and be greeted by original features like low ceilings, doorways and exposed beams, creating an authentic atmosphere. In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Entire House - Osprey Cottage, Manton in Rutland.

Osprey Cottage in Manton is a beautifully presented end terrace property which sleeps 4 guests. One bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom that can be configured either as single beds (2’6” wide) or a king, and a stylish bathroom. Finished in a contemporary style with modern facilities including Wi-Fi(74mb), TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a garden with a shed and we welcome well-behaved dogs(£20 charge applies). Bedding and towels are included.

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet village with excellent transport links into Newark-on-Trent and Southwell area, it's ideally placed for access to the Newark Showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to a riverside pub. A completely private flat with two bedrooms, one very large double with seating area and one small twin, both with TVs. There is a large waterfall shower room, kitchenette, utility area, private entrance with parking for two cars and your own courtyard.

Hunny Hideaway, dog friendly haven by the sea

Please Note: We are unable to accommodate check-ins/outs on 25, 26 & 27 December. Hunny Hideaway is our gorgeous 3 bedroomed holiday home by the sea. Set over 3 floors with living area and balcony on the top floor making it the perfect place to enjoy the views. We are pet friendly so your dog(s) can enjoy Hunstanton, its gorgeous beaches and walks too. There are plenty of great beaches to visit within a short drive and lots of other sea-side towns and villages that are well worth a visit.

This pet-friendly lodge is set in our tranquil woodland with lake views. It features a private patio with a hot tub and BBQ area and an open-plan living area that includes a lounge with Smart TV, a kitchen, and a dining space for six. Three bedrooms: two king-size rooms with en-suites and a twin room that can convert to a super-king-size. Plus extra shower room. Pets are welcome, with woodland trails and open spaces nearby. Additional amenities include an on-site gym and a coffee lounge.
