Seafront holiday flat with balcony and sea views

This holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. There is a wonderful sea-view from the balcony where you can relax. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

The house is a small 'two up, two down' and the rooms measure approximately 9' x 12'10", while the bathroom measures approximately 8' x 6'. Shorley Wall is a 3-bed cottage by the sea, 450m to Stone Bay, 450m to Viking Bay, 550m to High Street. It has it's own drive so genuinely has off-street parking. It has a split level garden with a patio and lawn. It has been thoughtfully fitted out with everything you might need for your stay by the sea. The property is suitable for up to three children maximum. Note that the twin room has two small single beds (80cm x 200cm) that are more suitable for a child rather than an adult.

Bleak House Lodge, and garden is the perfect location for a seaside getaway. The property was sympathetically renovated, maintaining an authentic period atmosphere. The south facing, private, walled garden is a beautiful sun trap, which can also be enjoyed from the garden room.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

This cottage has been completely refurbished in a light and airy nautical theme. The cottage is within easy reach of several Blue Flag beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. It is tucked away in a quiet idyllic courtyard but close to all the amenities Broadstairs has to offer. There is ample free parking on the Eastern Esplanade only 2 minutes walk away. We are happy to accept dogs (An additional pet fee of £25.00 will be requested on booking).

The Annexe in Broadstairs

Welcome to our self-contained annexe which is connected to the family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. We live 15 minutes walk from Joss Bay and 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre, train station, supermarket and bus routes. Unless you enjoy a lot of walking, the Annexe is best suited to those with a car. The annexe overlooks a spacious family garden which is used by two dogs and children.
