We had our babymoon here and it was totally worth it! At 8 mos preggy, the place felt safe and comfortable. The room is spacious and aircon is great! Love the patios on every floor! We were the only ones in the place so it felt exclusive and ate Aibii accommodated us really well. 100/100 can recommend and will definitely go back!

The room I stayed in was truly wonderful and lovely. The location is ideal for anyone looking to get away from the noise and chaos of city life and experience a rural setting connected to nature. I had a great time during my trip and enjoyed the area. Cabangan is better suited for those with a motorcycle or personal vehicle, although it's still accessible for those without one. Overall, I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Additionally, the caretaker, Kuya Jared, and Ate Lea were incredibly helpful and generous. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you!

For budget travelers, this host is a cheap alternative to beach resorts. Overall, the house is great. It has both sunset and mountain views. We also enjoyed dipping at the beach nearby. Accessibility: The place is 6-7 hours away from Manila, and 15 mins away from Iba bus terminal (via tricycle). You won't get lost if you will ask the host in advance how to get there. Location: Public beach is just few steps away and it is not crowded. It is also easy to get around. Place and room: The price is worth for its price, having your own bathroom. I hope they could improve bathroom essentials especially the toilet (no flush) and bidet. Other than that, everything would suffice. Services: Ms. Jesusa is very responsive and helpful. We also would like to commend and thank Ate Aibee (the caretaker) for taking care of us during our entire stay. She provided all our requests with all smiles.

My family and I had an excellent stay. Although we used the common guest ammentinities extensively, the host have a great system to keep the place clean and organized. Wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

The place was exactly like the photos. It was very clean, 2mins walk to the beach, the sand was so fine you can walk berefooted there! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. The pool was huge and clean🥰. Ms Eleazar, her mom and the caretakers were very friendly and helpful, they responded quickly to my messages and they are so kind! Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a quiet and peaceful place to go to. away from the City, with beautiful scenery and friendly people. We'd love to come back again if given the chance❤️🤗🥰 THANK YOU Ms. Eleazar for hosting us! We had a blast vacationing there. You made my mom happy too. She finally got to go to the beach again @80 yrs old.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and absolutely loved our experience! The room was cozy, cold, and felt very homey — perfect for relaxing after a long ride. It also has its own parking space which was a big plus for us since we brought our motorcycle. Ms. May, the host, was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. We asked for extra pillows and to use the water hose, and she made sure to assist us right away. Big kudos as well to the store staff — very warm and friendly, which made our stay even better. The location is around 20 minutes away from both Liwliwa and Iba, making it a good middle point if you plan to visit both. The place also felt very safe with its own gate, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever we’re in Zambales. The place was easy to find and just a short 2–3 minute walk to the beach. It’s perfect for families—the space is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. They also welcome dogs and are very animal-friendly, which was a big plus for us

I stayed in this unit for two weeks. Ilike the place, it's close to everything like restaurants, market place and public transportations. The unit is clean and surroundings is clean as well. Host is very responsive to all of your questions and needs. I would not mind to stay in this unit again when I come back for vacation. I recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a place stay.

Definitely a great place to be if your looking for a home away from home. Sir Lhonz is very friendly and accommodating. He even allowed us to check-in earlier than scheduled, and told us that we just have to check-out the same time as we checked in instead of paying more. The house is so clean, big and new, complete with all the things you need inside. With street parking but the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We even had a chance to buy fresh yellow fin tuna along the street which was deliciously cooked by Mam Sally, our companion. The place is just trike away from public beach resorts. We had a chance to go for an island hopping which gave us a not-so-nice experience due to unpleasant waves. We went to the islands of Camara & Capones, but not to Anawangin which was part of the plan due to dangerous waves. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and experience in Zambales especially our stay in Sir Lhonz house which is highly recommended; a five star home with friendly and great host.

Room was well equipped with AC and fridge, quarded overnight, clean. Josephine was extremely helpful providing us with recommendations for restaurant, trips, transportation. Available on-line as well as in person. It is Good calm place for trips to Mt. Pinatubo (Zamabales Trail), Capones Island (San Antonio 1,5 h by bus), Manila is 5,5 h by bus. Local free beach is shallow, not much clean, therefore not suitable for snorchling. Might Be Good for kids, but there are no trees so no place to hide in a shadow.

Had a great stay at Josephine’s place. However, there was no generator and there was a brownout. But they advised about it before. They let me borrow a powerbank and a flashlight.

GREAT place and very much Worth-It. This place is VERY CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Japanese level cleanliness. They are also thoughtful with everything you may need. there is a security at night who will assist and help you with parking and carry stuff. Location is probably the BEST in this area. It is near a Church, Coffee Shop, Bakery, Carinderia, Public Transpo, Grocery, Drug Store, Laundry, and much more. Host responds quickly to all concerns and questions. He is very friendly and will assist you with emergency (cant lock the door at around 10 at night :D) Parking is available, just in front of property. Bathroom is VERY CLEAN and shower is GREAT, strong water pressure and working heater. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a vacation in Iba, Zambales. It is VERY WORTH IT.
