Chalet in Demétria: bioconstruction with style

We built this cottage on the grounds of our house, in Vila Ecológica Santa Rita, in the heart of Demetria, in Botucatu-SP. The project was conceived by Bioarchitect Tomaz Lotufo. We used demolition wood and bricks, and Mariana Cintra, ourselves and the Athias team built adobe walls, with impeccable finishing! Quiet location, equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, private outdoor bathroom attached to the house, balcony with sunset view, cerrado forest and ecological trail.

A cozy refuge in nature, Casa Jaqueira was designed to take advantage of its privileged location in the countryside. With large glass windows facing the garden and a spacious balcony, it offers a subtle transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Located in Demétria, a rural area 10 km from Botucatu, the House offers seclusion and privacy, with easy access to good restaurants, cafes and organic shops in the neighborhood. Feel embraced in this charming house, made with affection and love! A place to stay in touch with nature, enjoy a beautiful sunset, or hopefully, a simply sensational full moon! I'm 5 kilometers from the city, in a rural area, close to trails, waterfalls, and Demétria. Although the place is rural, we have Restaurante Celeiro, Pizza Bel, Bioloja Café. All delicious! Easy access by asphalt highway and 400 meters by dirt road to the farm.

Beautiful farm 3 minutes from Demétria neighborhood and 15 minutes from downtown Botucatu. If you want to rest and have contact with nature, this is the ideal place. Children's playground, swimming pool, barbecue, Hammock, fireplace, fire pit, pizza oven, equipped kitchen. We have Wi-Fi. Large living room with indoor fireplace. We accept small dogs and a maximum of two dogs up to 15 kg. We host a maximum of 8 people.
