The old mill

Old oil mill turned dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor (air conditioning): kitchen open to the living room and terrace, living room, and half bath. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with a large walk-in closet and fans, plus a bathroom (walk-in shower and 150-cm bathtub) and a toilet. The renovated attic (with air conditioning) offers a large space with 2 single beds or a 180-cm bed.
