Appartement parfaitement situé en plein centre-ville, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Plusieurs cafés, restaurants et magasins sont à proximité. Quartier sécurisé et calme. Logement propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle. Le co-host est très gentil et était réactif à toutes nos sollicitations. Mention spéciale, Internet rapide pour travailler ou streaming. Je recommande sans hésiter pour les longs et courts voyages !

Dès notre arrivée, mr aziz nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, nous mettant immédiatement à l’aise. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour ont vraiment fait la différence. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Chaque détail avait été soigneusement pensé pour rendre notre séjour agréable et confortable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit où se sentir chez soi, avec un hôte qui sait allier professionnalisme et chaleur humaine.

La estadía fue excelente, tal como se mostraba en la publicación. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y ubicado en una zona tranquila. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y rápida en todo momento. Me sentí muy cómodo durante toda la estancia. Sin dudas lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme allí.

The space is impeccably clean and well-maintained .. The location is ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby beaches ..The host (Ayoub ) was perfect friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay... I highly recommend it for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the sea in comfort and relaxing getaway..top choice!

Appartement situé idéalement dans le quartier espagnol de Tétouan et à 2 pas de la médina. L'appartement est joliment décoré, propre, très grand, avec 2 belles chambres et une grande salle de bain. Il donne principalement sur la rue (attention au bruit si vous êtes sensible prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille) et une chambre sur cour au calme. A noter que l'appartement est situé au 3ème étage (vieil immeuble avec de grands escaliers) donc prévoyez léger ou demandez de l'aide:) Si vous êtes motorisé, vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue, le gardien de l'immeuble veillera sur votre véhicule (moyennant un petit backchich), ce qui est très pratique. Raquel et son mari sont très réactifs, flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée/départ et font en sorte que tout se passe bien.

Un séjour parfait dans l’appartement de Hassan à Tétouan ! L’appartement est très beau, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Hassan est un hôte super réactif, chaleureux et toujours disponible. I highly recommend Hamid's place. I love how it's located in a calm area yet it's not far from shops and restaurants. I also recommend Hamid as a host. Had to ask for several requests and all of them were met with positivity from the host's end.

Sehr große und schöne Wohnung. Perfekt für große Familien. Es war alles wie auf der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter Jawad war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage aber trotzdem sehr ruhig mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The apartment was great . It had all the mentioned features, but the best part of the residence was the host Mohamed. He helped with every thing imaginable and him speaking English fluently was a big help, he showed me around and explained everything to me. If there was a problem, I could write him and within 30 min he would have a solution or have someone come over. Highly recommended!

Yasser war ein sehr sympathischer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Lage war perfekt – vom Balkon aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, das nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt ist. Meine Kinder hatten großen Spaß im Pool, und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und gut bewacht. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals an Yasser!

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.
