Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Carol was a great host. I felt very comfortable in the apartment below her. It was clean, quiet and comfy. It had easy access and I appreciated the binder she put together that describes recommendations for hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc! She deff works hard to make you feel right at home! I would stay here again in the future when I visit Boulder!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

The space was very private and clean. It was bigger than expected and the perfect space to stay!

We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

Great space in a quiet neighborhood with a running trail one house away. Living room is nice, kitchen works and bedroom and bathroom are full sized with hot shower and comfy bed. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away. One of the most safe, clean and convenient places I’ve stayed.

We stayed here while in town for the Ironman 70.3 Boulder and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The location was incredibly convenient and set in a beautiful, quiet area with amazing running trails nearby—perfect for pre-race prep. The space was super clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast with coffee in the kitchenette. Access to the laundry room was a huge bonus, especially for race weekend. Highly recommend this Victoria’s place for anyone visiting the area!

This property is truly great! It is super dog friendly! The backyard is amazing, the interior is clean and put together, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need. When i say this property is dog friendly, I am not lying. It is MADE for dog owners. And we loved the time here with our pup!

This is a real gem of a place. It was super cozy, clean, well stocked and an excellent location. The queen bed was very comfortable and the claw foot tub was a nice addition after a long day on our feet. We also love the locally made art and quirkiness of the space. Aaron was really helpful and clear with instructions and we felt right at home.

This Airbnb was really great. Very clean , nicely decorated and centrally located in Longmont. The hosts were very proactive with communication. They explained all details prior to check in. I would highly recommend this property for any traveler in the area.

We loved staying at the Perch- one of the top airbnbs I’ve ever visited for so many reasons! So quiet and peaceful, extremely comfy beds, clean and “scent-free”, and of course Lynn’s kindness and hospitality- all 5+ stars. We loved hiking the trails that were so close to the house, and everything else around Boulder was close and easy to get to. We will be back!

Our stay at the Shane and Nicole’s Boulder Little House was absolutely fantastic! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully organized, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to our visit. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of Boulder. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!.

Perfect place in Boulder! This is a great find right near everything you’d want to experience in Boulder. I was able to navigate easily to hiking trails, shopping, and all the amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The outdoor space is so pleasant and the indoor spaces are so cozy and inviting.

Quiet location. Recently updated. Everything was thoughtful and nicely done. High quality appliances. Well equipped dishes and flatware. Super clean. Lots of cozy blankets. Spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. Something to be aware of, the couch and side chairs are low, around 15”, which will appeal to some and can be challenging for others to get in and out of.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Aimee was an absolute lovely host. Always very responsive. The condo was very clean and was a great location. Close to Pearl st. With lots to do and local flat iron park 5 min away. Great spot if you want to spend a lot of time in the Rockies as it is an easy 30-45 min drive to Rocky Mountain national park. Would love to stay again!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Every aspect was nothing short of perfect, designed to cater to our every need. The hosts were incredibly gracious, always ready to communicate and ensure we felt at home. The location was a dream come true, just a short walk from everything and only a mile from the stunning Flatirons! I truly can't wait to return. This experience exceeded all our expectations and undoubtedly will go down as one of the best getaways in our book! Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Alison’s place! We were attending a wedding at a local hotel and the location of the Airbnb was perfect (18 minute walk or 5 minute drive). The home itself was so clean and beautiful. We loved drinking coffee on the patio each morning! We also loved walking up and down pearl street which was just a quick walk from her front door. Lastly, Alison always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. 100% would recommend staying here and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to the area.

Barbara's place is fantastic! Great location to walk to Pearl St area, quiet and safe. TONS of great restaurants, shopping, ability to safely stroll the neighborhood. My sister and I did a 3 night stay for a little get away and it was wonderful to each have our own bedroom and bathroom, a great kitchen/dining/living room area to prepare meals and relax in the evenings to chat and catch up. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Nice dark curtains in the bed room to block out the light when sleeping. Lots of beautiful light streaming in to the living room area and ability to open the windows and balcony screen door for fresh air. Barbara is an excellent communicator and host and we highly recommend her place and would stay there again when our travels take us back to Boulder.

Great experience at Eric’s place. The location is amazing, the place was clean and modern, the view was gorgeous. Perfect stay and looking forward to coming back to Boulder and staying here again!!!
