This modern, spacious apartment is situated opposite the historic Cadbury factory and is just a short walk to Cadbury World. Bournville train station is just a 110m walk with direct trains to New Street station, The University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Edgbaston Cricket Ground is also a short bus ride away. And if that wasn't enough, Stirchley High Street is also on your doorstep, hosting an array of bars, cafes and curry houses so you can sample the famous Birmingham Balti!

Desirable Harborne has an excellent high street with a wealth of restaurants, cafes and shops, beautiful parks, a modern Leisure Centre and good transport links to the city centre.

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Honeyhome - A peaceful, garden-view double bedroom

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this lovely double room, hosted by a chilled out young couple of professional creatives. The neighbourhood is so calm and pretty, with two amazing parks near by, the historic Red Lion pub and music venue, the famously trendy Moseley just a stroll away and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and Birmingham city centre. You are welcome to use the dining room, kitchen and washing machine but please let us know in advance.

The Garden Room is situated in historic Bournville, home to Cadburys. It offers self-contained accommodation comprising a double bed, seating area, kitchenette, en-suite shower room, free wifi, smart TV, outside table and chairs, and parking. The Garden Room is ideally situated for Cadbury World, Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, The Bullring shopping centre and so much more.

The Foxes Den is a private annexe or a self-contained flat, next to our family home. Filled with home comforts. You will find your stay relaxing, comfortable and refreshing, in your private quarters. We are friendly, and honest and will try to accommodate all your needs. This is a space for 2 people and pets, we are happy to accommodate children, just ask and we will try and help.
