Il est situé dans le centre de Fumay à 100 m de la Meuse et de la voie verte. Idéal pour les personnes qui aiment les ballades en forêt, à vélo ou pour les pêcheurs. Dans la propriété, il y a 2 autres gîtes, le gîte "La Petite Cité de l'Ardoise" et le 3ème gîte ouvrira en juin 2025. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du Gîte.
