Nous sommes desservis par les transports en commun (arrêt navette TGV et bus urbain à 3 minutes. Notre jardin verdoyant est reposant. Appartement au calme dans chalet au pied des pistes de ski, à 100 mètres de l'école de ski, à proximité immédiate des commerces et du village. Au départ des randonnées l'été. Au quartier du hameau de l'Obélisque où sont situés les beaux chalets et hôtels de la station. Box garage, box à ski et parking privé devant le chalet. Le balcon sud offre une jolie vue sur les montagnes et le lac en été. L'emplacement, le côté pratique, le confort et l'authenticité du lieu vous séduiront.

De début décembre à fin mars, en raison de l’enneigement, la montée se fait uniquement en randonnée à pied, comptez 45 minutes environ. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.
