Apartment holiday rentals in Bowen Hills

The apartment has so much positive’s I’m not sure where to start . Great gym and huge pool . The layout of the apartment is perfect . 3 big bedrooms with balconies . The master bedroom is away from the other 2 which is great for privacy . Both bathrooms have baths which we all loved . We have stayed in several 3 bedroom Airbnb’s while waiting for our house to be built . This is the best value we have encountered in the city . We only moved as there was another booking .

We stayed at Ben’s place for a week. We were greeted with a welcome basket with tasty treats from James Street Bakery, pretzel chips, and Pellegrino water. The unit is clean and cozy, with a lovely outdoor space for eating and lounging. The laundry area is tucked away in the outdoor space, and the glass sliding door does a great job of blocking sounds while doing laundry. There are also Aesop products in the bathroom. The WiFi speed was great, no issues working remotely. The kitchen has a Zip tab, instant filtered Hot/Cold water, a Nespresso machine with a milk steamer, and glass snap containers for food storage. The unit is in a quiet part of town. Supermarket is a short walk away, and cute bars and restaurants are 3-5 minutes away. 2 bus lines and ferry access made getting around on public transport easy. Ben’s communication and response time were excellent. He made accommodations for us to arrive early and check out late due to our last-minute canceled flight.

Fantastic spacious apartment, round the corner from trainstation and super close to nightlife of Fortitude Valley.

Kristy's place had everything we needed for a short stay and the bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment is a short walk to the Fortitude Valley station and from there the city is only one stop away. Despite being close to Fortitude Valley, the street was very quiet. We would highly recommend staying here.

The whole experience was problem free, communication with John was nothing short of brilliant and he went above and beyond any normal host. It was a pleasure being given the opportunity to experience our two night stay. Given the opportunity, we'd definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation John and his place.

Cosy and comfortable. Tasteful decor, fluffy bedding and towels. All the necessary kitchen basics for a short city break. Great location for going out in the Valley and shopping on James Street. Great view from balcony. Responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janine’s place. It was clean and comfortable (smelt great too!), and was at a very convenient location. 5min walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus station, and another 6-8min bus ride to the CBD. We also had a lovely walk at Victoria Park 10min away. Right downstairs we had Woolworths and lots of food options as well. Balcony had great views too. Janine was very kind to physically welcome us, walked us through where to park and orientated us to our apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

Amira's place was really nice, perfect for couples and is close to train stations. Amira is a very responsive and friendly host. Strongly recommend 😊

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was our first time in Brisbane. While we were there we visited the Koala Sanctuary and took a day trip to the Australia zoo! Super great location, and felt very safe! Fiona also gave me a great recommendation for a nail salon so that was a nice addition to our trip haha

Wesley is super easy to communicate with. The unit is a nice place close to restaurants and not far from the city. I would stay again.

Its a nice cosy little place , convenient area quiet complex and a nice stay the second bedroom is small but it was just me so it was fine. All in all good stay

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and quite well-appointed, with things like a variety of pots/pans/plates/cutlery, tea/coffee/coffee pot, and even some books/puzzles. Neighbours were quiet, and there's a nice view from the balcony. Andy was friendly and proactive in his communication, and replied promptly when I sent him a message. A good stay!

What a wonderful little apartment at a very reasonable price ! Located right in the middle of the nightlife and city hotspots . Communication was great . Simple check in and very neat and tidy unit . Will be staying again next time a music event or night out is on the cards . 5 stars

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

Hosts were among the best. Very helpful and offered good local suggestions. I would describe the unit as a “great man den”. Big screen tv, convenient to restaurants and bars, erotic art, nice work area. On the down side - No indoor eating area.

The apartment was easy to find and the instructions to get in were very easy to follow. The pictures of the apartment are very realistic. We found that it was very walkable to different areas of the CBD and to restaurants and groceries. We did not try public transit but there are easy options to use. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a stay here. The pool area is beautiful as well!

Lovely apartment, great views. Good location, easy to walk to CBD and also close to CityCat jetty. Good showers and comfortable beds.
