House holiday rentals in Bowentown

I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home and location, admittedly our group did push the boundaries on the 2nd noise, but Jason was very understanding and accommodating. Thanks Jason for an amazing time. Definitely felt relaxed and well taken care of in a small home away from home.

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and stylish Bach! It was comfy, clean, and really well equipped — we especially loved the great selection of books and games, the pizza maker, and access to the spa pool. The location was perfect too. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVE Annekes place! It is literally the perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beach or town. The view is beautiful, with magnificent sunrises and seaviews. The Bach itself is perfect for a comfortable stay, offering everything you need. Thanks so much Anneke’

My mother, sister and I stayed at Graeme and Judith’s place. It was so lovely, clean and we were left with goodies for a yummy breakfast. Balcony was lovely to sit on with a wine in the sun. It’s so close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for being great hosts. Lesa.

The place was absolutely stunning - the views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay even during a rainy weekend. The house was very comfortable with a lot of amenities including lot of toys and books for kids and adults. Very convenient to travel from Auckland.

We had a wonderful stay and certainly exceeded expectations. Very spacious and comfortable with a rural outlook. Some lovely touches including home made biscuits and a thank you gift. Having a Smart TV and a late checkout allowed us to watch The Masters before we left. And finally the hosts Peter and Lois were great. We will definitely aim to go back again.

Beautiful home with everything you needed. Vanessa was very responsive and thoughtful knowing we were coming with a baby. All meals were outside on the patio under the umbrella as we had beautiful weather. Brilliant location all within walking distance to everything. Only downfall was the house was very hot with the afternoon sun, even with the aircon on. This wouldn’t have been an issue, as we only noticed due to a 12 month old needing an afternoon nap.

Rob was a great host, super quick responses and opened the house to us earlier when their was no guests before us. House is very spacious and homey. Kid friendly and the beach right across the road. We will always look for robs place first when we come back to Waihi beach!

The home was very comfortable and family friendly. There was plenty of space for the 3 families who shared the home. It was clean, warm and smelt amazing! The living room space was communal and made for a great time to fellowship. There were toys and books for the kids which was a bonus. Anna was very responsive and communicated clearly. We would definitely recommend this stay for families and we would definitely stay again should we need to visit again.

Fantastic place really beautifull loved our stay wished we could have stayed longer. Really handy for Tauranga Mount Maunganui and Kaimai's. Absolutely recommend if you in the area and looking for a comfortable home from home experience in a lovely peacefull setting

We had a wonderful experience here at Jayde’s place! It was amazing and even more than we expected. The view alone was worth it, and the place itself was very clean and modern. Check in was super easy and Jayde was very responsive. We enjoyed just being a few metres away from the beach and everything else such as the supermarket and local dairy. It was great for our family of five. We absolutely loved it. We would definitely recommend staying at Jayde’s place. We found it to be more than value for money!

It was easy to communicate with Sharn. The accommodation is spacious and nice, and the house comes with a large garden and a trampoline! Sharn kindly allowed us to eat the fruit from the garden, and the plums were delicious.
