Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

Located in the desirable Highlands of Fall River, this two bedroom one bathroom apartment offers a clean and comfortable space to enjoy with friends and family. The property is on the second floor of our two unit home. It has its own private entrance for guests and on-street parking. My family and I reside on the property, occupying the first and third floor, allowing us to be easily available for guest assistance, if needed. Close to highways, Newport and Providence, RI
