Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

This new basement apartment is close to ski resorts (25 minutes to Snow Basin). It's 4 miles from Lagoon. Adjacent to Davis Tech Disc Golf Course. The course is free to use, and discs are included if you want to play during your stay. You'll have a private entrance. The covered patio with grill and fire pit is for your private use.

The Rec Room is a private 2 bedroom North Ogden getaway with a huge game room, hot tub, mountain views & full kitchen. Enjoy pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, basketball & big screen for movies/Nintendo. Sleeps 6 comfortably; 2 more can use air mattresses. We live upstairs, but the rental is private. 1.6 miles to shopping/restaurants, 7 miles to downtown Ogden. Near skiing, Pineview Reservoir & North Ogden Divide. Family-friendly. No parties, drugs or animals.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.
