We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was decorated very well and everything you could need was there. The pool was amazing along with the backyard. We all were very comfortable in the beds. Would definitely come back!

Everything is exactly as James posting. The kiddos enjoyed the pool & the location is in a very peaceful neighborhood. This will be our go to place for our future visits. I also had the chance to meet the person who cleans his property & she was beautiful & kind. My kids gave her plenty of hugs & she made sure we didnt need anything before leaving.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described . The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were thoughtful and we appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was ideal, quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or local attractions. Communication with the host was seamless; they were kind, responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The house is beautifully appointed with tasteful accoutrements in cool and calming colors throughout the house. The beach is very close and has a gentle sloping for a long distance with clear waters, which was a welcome surprise. There’s a great trail along the beach, which made for a pleasant bike ride. There was some construction in front street when we were there, but the hurricane windows and doors made the house very quiet, so we didn’t hear the noise inside. Rocky was very responsive and helpful! Beautiful and relaxing place!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Delray Beach. The vibe and aesthetic of the space were absolutely perfect—stylish, relaxing, and thoughtfully put together. Janine was nice, friendly and always just a message away from answering any questions :-) I saw other reviews saying the pictures/listing does not do it justice and it’s sooooo true! This place is massive, comfortable, clean and has everything you need PLUS more. Bbq by the pool, laying in a hammock on a sunny summer day is the definition of summer. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be right down the street from the beach (literally 8 mins away, Publix 4 mins) and yet still come back to your Airbnb to cool off in the pool. Such a perfect house for our family. So many activities to keep the kids busy and out of the house! We spent many hours at the beach right down the street! The house set up was perfect for our large family! The house had everything we needed! Very clean and organized, we have no complaints. Will be definitely going back!

Safe neighborhood for this private spot, near the beach, restaurants and shops. The exterior is a private oasis, with a green, quiet, peaceful vibe. Stay in and grill or return to a cool spot after exploring up and down the coast.

We had a great stay at Tom’s apartment which had everything we needed. The pool and garden area are a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach/exploring W Atlantic Avenue - Tom was very responsive and helpful throughout.

We loved our stay. We were in WPB area for a baseball tournament. We have a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for our larger family with plenty of beds/baths. We loved the convenience of the pool and large living area surrounding the kitchen for some board games and movie nights after a long day. Close to downtown Delray Beach with lots of great food options. 5 star

This Airbnb is fantastic! We very much enjoyed the beautiful house, pool, pingpong, and peaceful neighborhood. Romy was such a great host and the house provides everything you need - beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, pool toys and floaties. I would highly recommend this place to everybody! The beach is close although with gear and kids we did the short 3 min drive :)

As I mentioned, the house is a beautiful house with a small garden in the back with some steps for walking. In the mornings, it is was great to sit out in the lounging chairs, sip on your coffee & listen to various birds. You can do the same in the night & if it is a clear night, you can see the moon, the stars & possibly planets. The neighborhood looks a bit different in class than Robert's property. For example one of the neighbor's backyard that you can see while sitting in the back is cluttered & they may have chickens which make some noise. It is also not that close to the water & if thats the expectation then this may not be the right fit. We were here for a wedding held at the Eau Palm Beach Resort Spa, where each night, the room costs over $600 each night & we would have needed 2 rooms. This was perfect for us because the rates are far more reasonable for 4 people, one is a couple, needing 3 bedrooms. It is spacious and so comfortable, clean etc. It was just 5 min to the spa

The clear instructions that were given were amazing! And we had the most fun with all the games the place had to offer. Great vacation home to stay and play with your friends and family :)

Such a cute spot. Nina had a welcome basket for my pup and was so attentive and communicative. Loved the ice machine and mirrors as well. Attention to detail everywhere! Nina’s mom even brought over sunflowers for me. So incredibly thoughtful!!

We were very comfortable here with our family. It was a great place to land after a long drive, the kids enjoyed running around in the backyard, and the beds were great. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is located in a family-friendly area, walking distance to nearby parks, within 5-minute drive to many restaurants/groceries. And within 15-20 minutes driving to the Palm Beach/Lake Worth beach area. The space also offered everything that our families needed, including special items for my daughter, and we found the host very easy to communicate and she was very helpful while we were visiting. The beautiful backyard is also a highlight of our trip, where my daughter spent a lot of time checking on the tropical leaves, little bugs, birds, and cats. Overall, we enjoyed our visit very much, and it felt like home. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the area.

The location to the beach was amazing. This was perfect for a chill beach vacation with clear water and perfect warm breezes. We may come back one day!
