Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Absolutely gorgeous quiet convenient with garage

Private suite located on the lower level of our home, with direct entry through the garage via key code. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, the ballpark, zoo, shopping, and 20 minutes to the airport. A full-service grocery store is just 2 minutes away, offering a pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks. Excellent restaurants are nearby, as well as Dunkin' Donuts, which features a drive-thru for convenience.

This 3 BR home is very open with tons of windows looking out on a private backyard with a fire pit and lots of birds and squirrels. Located minutes off of Dodge at 150th, it's close to Village Pointe and an easy drive to downtown Omaha and other attractions. You'll enjoy the entire main level and backyard but ... PLEASE NOTE: I will be in the basement during your stay accessing via the garage. My cat, Walter, may visit you in the backyard. Otherwise, he'll be in the basement with me.

You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.
