Beachfront holiday rental in Bradenton Beach

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental in Indian Shores! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning sunsets every evening. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, every little detail was thought of. Kamiron was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for. The area itself was peaceful and family-friendly, and close to some great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend this property for your stay. 😊

We had a wonderful week at Beach Boutique's Anna Maria Island Cottages. The cottage is very cute and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had the necessary supplies, although we also explored the local restaurant scene and used it mostly for breakfast. Despite being situated close to a street, it was quiet and peaceful. The small set of cottages that makes up the property also has several private nooks and a little fountain with more seating areas. We appreciated having access to laundry facilities on-site. The location is also pretty walkable to a few shops and restaurants. We 100% enjoyed a calm, relaxing week away from New England March weather, went for swims and long walks on the beach, enjoyed magnificent sunsets and recharged our batteries.

Jeff & Ingrid were great hosts. Always responsive before and during. Although, we had zero issues with the home. It was immaculate and the views were AMAZING! It was my son’s 16th birthday, but plenty of space for us + 6 teens. No one had to share and we had ample room to spend time together.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

2nd year we stayed here, great place obviously under construction after the 2 hurricanes 6 months ago but still better than expected. great to see the island bouncing back. see you next year. thanks

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

amazing view! amazing surroundings to hike around and look at things. I've been to this house more than once and will definitely go back again. the cleaning person was so nice that she put in our groceries that we had delivered and even organized them. they're always quick to respond. very nice people! pictures are true and better in person

Fantastic trip from start to finish thanks to Ashley and her chic condo! Not only is this home stylish, spacious and well apppointed - but it is also right on the beach with a nice pool in a great area on Anna Maria Island. This is the perfect place for a party of 4. My husband, my 15 year old daughter and her friend and I couldn’t have been more comfortable. Book now! Don’t wait!

This was a great vacation for my family, including two boys ages 10 and 12. Anna Maria Island is a wonderful place! We loved all the local restaurants. The location is perfect right in the middle of the island . We were close to the beach and free the trolley is right out front. We absolutely loved the bagel place next-door and having a grocery store so close. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the boys had their own room to hang out in. The space was clean and the pool was also a nice amenity. Communication with the host was great! We would come back.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We even extended our stay and extra day because of how much fun we were having! This location is perfect! It’s close to Publix, restaurants, and literally almost on the beach. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The pool is shared but it never once felt crowded and it was very clean. The condo itself was very nice and clean! Fawn was also very helpful and responsive! Thankful for this great trip!

Wow! This was even more spacious and beautiful in person. We absolutely loved the location...I mean you can't get any better than this. The view is just spectacular from inside and the screened in porch. We enjoyed the clean pool area and of course the fact that this is directly on the beach. All the little extras like high end beach umbrellas, chairs, wagon, beach towels, and more exceeded our expectations. The bottle of wine and beautiful card upon arrival were such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. Beds and furniture were all super comfy and we felt right at home. Thanks so much for a wonderful week. We made amazing memories there with our two teen girls and we all look forward to returning next year.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

This was the perfect beach house getaway for my family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and even pool/beach supplies. The beach was only short walk across the street. The pool was amazing and probably our favorite spot to hangout. Will definitely look into booking Anna’s place again because it’s a gem!

Larisas place was cozy and beautiful! The place was clean and well equipped. Shops and stores are just 5-10 mins away. There is also a lot of activities nearby so there is plenty to do!

From the minute you get there the grounds are beautifully kept, crisp and lush. Inside was immaculate and the fenced, private backyard with pool did not disappoint. Tropical landscape, a variety of comfy options for relaxing or dining and the pool was perfect! We paid extra to have it heated and it was totally worth it…especially for my young children(3 and 7) to swim and not shiver:-). This place has a nice light, airy, relaxed, indoor outdoor vibe! My parents traveled with us as well and also loved it! The very short walk to the beach was perfect and opened up to this beautiful, seemingly private beach. You could see the public beach down a bit where there were quite a few umbrellas, but no one around where we were. Very nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet as well. Communicating with the host was very easy and she always responded. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back.

The turquoise gem is truly a gem, I’m so thankful we found this place! It’s very cozy & clean. Although, I would recommend bringing some slippers or wearing socks, I get why there’s not a lot of rugs (sand & such) but the floor isn’t the most comfortable walking around barefoot. The location is perfect, and super close to a convenient store & restaurants. The beach is gorgeous. Loved it here & we would totally stay again!☺️

Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

It was the perfect destination for a Mother's Day getaway. Although we live in Bradenton, we don't always take the time to enjoy the beautiful Anna Maria Island, and this trip was a wonderful way to appreciate it! The location provided a short walk to the beach, local shops, an ice cream parlor, and several restaurants, offering plenty of family fun!

The unit was perfect for me and my wife.We’ve been to coming To Anna Maria for about 20 years so we know the area very well.This place was great because it was right on the beach and the pool was great.Just could use some better beach chairs in the unit but I heard you can take the lounger chairs out to the sand but we were there when turtles were around.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

The one issue with this rental was the cleaning and service fees. Upon checking out they asked for guests to clean up, meaning taking out the trash and empty the trash throughout the house, which was partially why am I going through the house and cleaning up when I’ve paid a hefty amount for cleaning fees. When we cleaned with the broom, we found left over food crumbles and pills (medication). Overall tho, a great experience.
