Beautiful property, lovely dock and beautiful home. Micah and Maggie were fantastic hosts. They were very personable and welcoming - I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this rental 5 to 6 times with family and have always enjoyed and had plenty of space..we cook a lot of meals and have everything needed to prepare big meals..Mike is always helpful and polite..nice place for a family vacation and the lake is exceptional

The house was just as pictured. It was extremely peaceful, we spent a lot of time sitting on the porch at night after our softball tournament. Only about 30 mins away from the ball fields and Gainesville. Host left a book with food recommendations and all the information you need. Great experience.

The cabin was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the weekend. I highly recommend any one of her cabins.

Will definitely book again! We had an amazing time at Robyn's Nest! This place is perfect for both family getaways and romantic escapes. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The lake is stunning and full of great fish, our group caught 16 fish during our stay and had an absolute blast with the kayaks. The house had everything we needed, and we felt completely at home. The game/movie theater room was such a highlight, especially for the kids, with a great selection of fun games. If you’re bringing your own boat, the location is perfect with a boat ramp about a mile away, and you can easily dock your boat right at the house. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, particularly the sunrises, which we watched from the master bedroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom is spectacular, it’s one of those features that’ll take your breath away when you first walk in. This has been our favorite Airbnb getaway so far. We highly recommend Robyn’s Nest!

Andrea was truly such a wonderful host for my family while my nephew was in the hospital. She was extremely kind and communicative and we could not have asked for a more generous host! The house was just like the photos and accommodated my family perfectly. It was clean and easy to access, and in a nice gated community :)!

Overall experience was really good. House was as advertised and actually slept the 8 of us easily. The access to the property was easy with 2 boats and trailers as they have a pull through dual gate setup. The best feature of the property was the lake access, which came with 2 docks. The bigger of the 2 was perfect to dock both boats and each dock provided some easy fishing for the family. Also, the property was off of a small inlet so no waves or chop from boats riding by. The hosts were accommodating when our original checkout plans changed. We had plans to stay with friends after the scheduled 10 am checkout to allow us time for Sunday on the lake before driving home, however they did not end up making it down. The hosts were able to help us out by extending our checkout, allowing the kids a couple more hours on the lake. While a non-standard policy, we appreciated the generosity. Our family had a lot of fun over the weekend and will look to utilize in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family weekend. The pool was a big hit—especially for those who didn’t want to go out on the boat. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be booking again. The only downside was that our stay wasn’t long enough!

We stayed here for a graduation ceremony . The place is centrally located , easy to find , tons of parking spots . Nice private backyard . We had some trouble trying to unlock the door but the host was quick to respond and assist . Would surely recommend this place to friends

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

What a beautiful Airbnb experience! The host was extremely accommodating and gracious – especially considering my last-minute booking. The condo’s décor is modern, fresh and open with very comfortable beds. There are tv's in the living room and both bedrooms! The kitchen appliances, the washer and the dryer, are all new. Sitting on the balcony, I am in the treetops overlooking the 3-mile walking trail which lines the perimeter of the Haile golf course which even has a turtle pond and a butterfly garden. Turning my gaze in the other direction, I glimpse the Haile Village shops and a varied assortment of high-quality restaurants. All of this is within one block's walking distance. I wish my booking could have included a Saturday morning, when I understand that the village street is lined with bakers, vendors and crafters who participate in the weekly Saturday Haile Farmer’s Market. I will be back to this Airbnb – it is a treasure.

Great place to stay and a lot of things to do in the area, as well as the host being very flexible and communicative.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

The stay was very pleasant. Located in a quiet community with great neighbors. The host ALWAYS responded immediately and remedied any questions I had.

We stayed here for a softball tournament. It was an easy drive to Champions Park. Plenty of close by fast food and restaurants. It was a nice space for 4 people. It would be very tight for more than that. It was very clean and well decorated. I like being able to cook and wash clothes when staying out of town for a softball tournament. I would definitely stay here again!

More than amazing property! The location was great and centrally located to everything. The interior of this location is beyond amazing!!! Everything in here was immaculate! This was a last minute need for us while in town and I had messaged the host and she was available very on demand and was very responsive to getting our reservation going and set up. This host was amazing and very responsive and even offered to extend our stay as my project was pending ending (I wasn’t sure if my work project was done yet or not), this host was very patient and understanding and offered to extend my stay. I love all the personal art in this unit and all the personal touches. The hot tub and back yard are also beyond amazing and immaculate. Also, fully stocked with some games which we did enjoy during our stay! The monopoly game was very much fun! This would be a truly ultimate location to visit in prime sports season as well if traveling with a larger party! Highly recommend this unique property!

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.
