Welcome to our 300 year old renovated Granary located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside on our working sheep farm. We are situated 3 miles from the historic town of Bradford - on - Avon and 9 miles from the historic city of Bath. The farm neighbours the National Trust moated Manor of Great Chalfield, within walking distance and plenty of footpaths to explore.Local pub in the village provides good food and a nice beer garden.The Granary is perfect for a summer or warm,cosy winter break.

Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

The Hall Cottage is located in the picturesque village of Freshford. A bright and cheery three bedroom cottage, it is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside or to simply relax by the fire or in the stunning walled garden. With an award-winning village pub a short stroll down the hill, a village shop and cafe, as well as Iford Manor with its renowned gardens just a stones throw away, there is plenty to do. You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Shed at Norbin Barton

Recently built, architect-designed conversion The Shed is perfect for exploring and relaxing. Light, spacious with beautiful decor, the stunning property is set in open countryside with great views. 5 miles from Bath, it's well located for visiting some of the UK's most beautiful places. Quiet and peaceful, birdsong is the only noise you're likely to hear as you unwind. For the active, there is a tennis court outside, many walking and cycling routes and a golf course within 1/2 mile.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

It is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, off-street parking, and south facing garden views and private deck.
