Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

Andy’s place was absolutely beautiful! This was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in quite a while. We were here for the weekend for school and the location and place was PERFECT for a nice getaway and a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is very beautiful and clean with a great bathroom, kitchen and living room. The house also sits right in from of the lake, so personally, I really enjoyed going on a morning run right next to it everyday. Andy was also a great host with crystal clear instructions. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

What an incredible experience! The yurt was beautiful on a lovely property! The stay has everything you need to live comfortably in the yurt for your visit. While it rained for our visit, we enjoyed the serenity of nature and peaceful interior of the yurt, as well as the games and puzzles provided by the host. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay in a warmer month to enjoy all the surrounding area has to offer. There are plenty of state parks, antique stores and local businesses within a short drive, leaving plenty to do, (or not do) while enjoying your stay.

Waterfront Creative Retreat

A beautiful home with amazing views. I spent 4 days going on hikes in the area and relaxing. The instructions were very detailed and super clear. Had zero issues. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. It feels very private, but not secluded and within driving distance of a grocery store and a few smaller markets. There are several small hiking spots nearby you can drive too as well with amazing views. The lake next to the home is absolutely gorgeous in the mornings and afternoons. We even spotted what we think was a bald eagle fishing. It is very quiet at night aside from the squirrels running on the roof and the rain.
