The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

One of two beautiful holiday lets tucked away at the end of our lovery quiet garden. Situated directly on the cliff path with a short 3min walk down to the stunning sandy beach. Perfect for amazing cycle rides & walks. King size bed & sofabed perfect for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children or 3 adults. There is free parking to the front of the main house and a short walk to the property. A private shed for storing your bikes as well as body boards, bucket & spades & beach chairs are available for guest

The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact.
