Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The garden and pool was the perfect place to spend a sunny weekend. The house is beautiful and the facilities are amazing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough and the kitchen has everything needed. Having a gym on the property is a fantastic bonus as well! Louise was an exceptional host. She responded to questions so quickly and was always friendly as well as helpful! The instructions provided made checking in super easy as well which is really appreciated.

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

Great accommodation, we have stayed in many large venues with our multi generational family and this one has been our top pick so far. Central to town and Chepstow castle and the added facilities the house has to offer were a fantastic addition. We had a fantastic stay at Hilary’s place in Hotwells! It was the perfect little home—cosy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to both Clifton Village and the heart of Hotwells. Hilary was a brilliant host—communication was clear and timely, and her instructions for accessing the property were spot on. She also gave us some wonderful local recommendations. On her advice, we tried Nutmeg, the nearby Indian restaurant, and I genuinely had the best curry of my life! The space itself was really well thought out—clever use of layout and design made it feel much larger than expected. It had everything we needed and more, and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This has to be the best place I've ever stayed. I didn't want to write such an honest review because it might always end up fully booked as I would love to come back. Literally worth every penny for our 5 month stay. Hosts have been great and helpful. Never had any issues, you also get farm eggs and get to see farm animals like ostriches, horses, peacocks, ducks, geese, chicken and cats. The place itself is big and comfortable, I definitely would've stayed longer if they had the availability. 100% recommended. Many thanks to St.Peters Farm!

Very clean and tidy accommodation, showers have very good water pressure which is important to me maybe not everyone. The house is neatly hidden on the outskirts of Bristol city with it only being a 10-15min drive to the centre prefect for a weekend away.

We had a fantastic experience at this property - the flat was easy to access and surprisingly private. The garden area was lovely for having breakfast outside in the great weather and we had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with lots of lovely shops, cafes and places to eat right on the doorstep with very convenient public transport close by. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can't wait to stay again!

Mattia was a great host, providing clear instructions. Great place to stay which we used as a base to visit Clifton, Bristol, Bath and Stonehenge. The house has a very homely feel rather than the typical empty, soulless properties you tend to find in short term rentals. Would definitely stay again if we return to the Bristol region again in future.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just 5 minutes to Cribbs Causeway and 15 to Cabot Circus, which made getting around so easy. The place was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the games table for some fun in the evenings. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

What a beautiful house. All the rooms have been finished to a very high standard. Very clean and beds were very comfy. The kitchen area had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be returning.

This was our second stay and for two nights this time. Accommodation was as expected from both description and previous stay, quiet enough for a poor sleeper to get sufficient sleep and an added bonus of milk and biscuits on arrival. We would definitely book to stay again if looking for accommodation in the area.
