Incredible space for a family vacation. Amazing care with all the necesario for a 1 year old baby (bed, food chair, bathtub, several buoys for the pool). There were some incredible days

Lovely property which was quiet and secluded. Facilities and aircon excellent also. If I have any criticism there could have been better communication re fixtures and appliances, bins, recycling, etc. The instruction to access the keys was excellent though not all of us are familiar with electronic gates! The water pressure is not great for showering despite taking it in turns and the toaster tripped the fuse to the whole kitchen on arrival which was interesting trying to find the fuse board to put it right though Rodrigo did respond to our call quickly. On balance a lovely place and would consider visiting again.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this stay, but it became one of our favorites in our 15-day trip! The pictures do not do it justice! The grounds are breathtaking and we felt right at home. This is the perfect setting for a rural Portugal retreat. I need the house is the perfect combination of old and new! Would recommend 100%!

The villa had everything we needed and more — every detail was so thoughtfully designed, and it was spotless. The space is even more stunning in person, with a warm and stylish feel throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything super smooth. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Sweet welcoming by Ms. Adelaide, we had a great stay, also received a basket with fruits and eggs from the garden. Beautiful surrounding for idyllic walks nearby and generally very calm environment with a lot of nature around. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Vania is a wonderful host. It's a beautiful house, perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle. The children were thrilled with the trampoline, the pool, and the blueberries, while the adults will always remember the barbecue dinners under the lemon tree with a sunset view. Everything was wonderful—thank you so much for your hospitality.

The house is amazing and equipped with all the amenities for a large group. The outdoor space has beautiful views and although the pool is shared with the T1 house on the side, everything went well, the space is large enough to be separate groups.

Very nice house, the caretaker Olivia was very welcoming and did us a favor. The estate is very large, many more peaceful (shaded corner, large pool...) there is a very nice dog who stayed with us during our stay. The only small downside is the automatic watering which is not too often too often, which is not necessarily necessary sometimes. I recommend this vacation rental with friends in Portugal! ☺️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by the extreme cleanliness of the place. Everything was impeccably well maintained, which immediately created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. But what really made our experience exceptional is the incredible kindness and dedication of the owner. She took care of us, making sure we didn't miss anything and answering all our questions with great availability. Her warm and thoughtful welcome made all the difference and made us feel at home. Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful gardens, pool and house. Marcus is a very good host, and looked after us so well - bringing us little gifts like fresh orange juice just made the experience so much better. One of our children really wanted to keep a huge lemon he’d found in the garden but we told him he would have to ask. Instead of just saying no, or yes, Marcus said “sure, but why don’t we make some lemonade together!”. Just so thoughtful and kind. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Lots of attention to detail. Pool is very large and everything is perfectly clean. Marcus and Rick really did go out of their way to ensure our stay was successful without ever being intrusive, so please don’t hesitate to book!

What a fabulous place!!! Casa do Monte exceeded all our expectations and provided a relaxing and luxurious base near Barcelos for our 3 families holiday. The host was so helpful, friendly and flexible with check in times. The house is magnificent with a huge garden for the kids to explore and the swimming pool provided plenty of entertainment and the opportunity to cool down on the hot days!! The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay and the veranda boasts a magnificent view to eat your meals in front of, watch the sunsets and see the fireworks from nearby festivals. We feel very lucky to have had our holiday here and would love to return one day!!

Lurdes' home is great for a family getaway and with children. His house is spacious and has a swimming pool, even for children. In addition, it is well located, close to small villages that are worth visiting. Lurdes was a caring host and her house was spotless. We recommend it 100%, we were very comfortable there.

Beautiful house, very clean and well-equipped. Kids enjoyed the outdoor games and pool. Located in a small town, within walking distance of a bakery and butcher. Small supermarket a 3-minute drive. 30 min from the beaches, 1 hr from Porto, 40 min from Braga / Viana do Castello / etc. Fatima is a thoughtful and very responsive host.

We just spent 15 days in the house, we were hosted very well. The house was very clean. We had room to put our vehicles. Mrs. Iris was impeccable and always did everything to ensure that our stay went smoothly. We thank her very much for this stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for Quiet
