Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Branch County

The place was very roomy. Love the living room for the kids to watch tv while the adults could gather in the kitchen and living room downstairs in peace and quiet. Beach was great for swimming. Might want to bring water shoes as there are some rocks.

The screened porch was inviting, we used it constantly. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer and dishwasher much appreciated! The fire pit was also nice. Getting in and out of the water is not easy with the type of break walk around the lake.

This was a wonderful place to stay and Cynthia decorated it to feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

This is our second year back to Jim‘s place. Once again we loved it. A couple of highlights: we had a last minute family emergency and Jim changed our dates for us without hesitation. Thank you! A new addition to the house this year were the bidets in each bathroom. It was such a fun detail that everyone enjoyed and thought was unique :) thank you for having fishing poles and adjustable weights available as well. And of course, the lake fun was the main highlight of the trip. Look forward to visiting again next year!

This please was beautiful! It fit our whole big group. The rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for a big group as well. The views on the deck were beautiful to watch the sunset over the lake. Our host was so responsive and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay!

What a beautiful home with good sized bedrooms, tons of living -and hanging out - spaces and everything you could need for a getaway. I only wish we had more time to spend at the house as we were in town for a local college graduation.

We have stayed on Coldwater Lake for 4 years in a row and on Blackfoot Ct for the past two years with our extended family. The vacations are priceless. The home is neat and clean, exactly what we expected, and the location is to die for! The host is highly responsive, very easy to work with and kind in every communication. The information provided in her welcome booklet was easy to find and very helpful. We enjoyed some great pizza recommendations! Thank you, Margaret, for offering your home as a place to relax and rejuvenate. Hope to stay on Coldwater Lake again soon!

I had a work project in MI for a couple of days. My project had delays and I decided to extend my stay in Paul's property. Everything went very smoothly from my check in to my extension request and to check out. Paul was a very responsive, fair, and communicative host. I strongly recommend this place for others to try.

Had a wonderful stay at Deborah’s. Quiet, peaceful, serene, lots of wildlife! Accommodations were very clean, comfortable, you had everything you need. Deborah was a wonderful hostess, we would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

I mean, what can I say other than what a perfect place for our families. We rented all three apartments. The huge yard with swingset:slide/sandbox/ so many bikes to ride. Great pier, raft for the kids to play on. Great swimming area..sandy. Our two year old great grandson cried when it was time to leave!😥 Great firepit area. Mandy communicated very well.

What a great stay! Like going back in time to the 30's/40's but with modern amenities! Very clean and nice. Great location in the heart of down town Marshall. Patrice was very helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend!

Kara's Cottage was great. The pictures do not begin to show how cute this place is. The attention to detail was wonderful. The unit felt very much like a home away from home. Kara is sweet and warm. Wonderful host!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully restored historic building in the heart of downtown Marshall! The space was thoughtfully decorated to highlight its original charm and architecture, making it feel both unique and cozy. The host went above and beyond — from the high-end cookware and china, every detail made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better, with a great coffee shop just downstairs and everything within walking distance. While there are stairs leading up to the apartment, they open to a lovely sitting area on the deck, which is well-lit and welcoming even for late-night arrivals. We’ll definitely be back — this place is a gem! 💫☕🏛️

Ronda is an excellent host. Quick to respond to requests. Easy and flawless check in. Very impressed with cleanliness and well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed for two night stay while attending a rustic barn wedding in Allen, MI. Appreciate Keurig and coffee pods for morning coffee. Stairs are easy to navigate to upstairs apartment (we are 70-ish). Outdoor grounds are beautiful, very well kept and peaceful, really enjoyed sitting by the lakefront. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. So glad we chose this location!

I can't say enough to let others know how wonderful our stay was. We felt at home and safe. Naomi made it possible for us to arrive a little early so we could attend dinner and a show at Bluegate. The decor made you feel at home and at peace. Having juice and milk in the refridgerator was an added plus. Thanks for opening your home and making our trip a joy!
