Beautiful clean home with a refreshing pool. Hosts were very kind and responsive with any questions! I have to say that one of the best parts was not having to run around and make sure everything was spotless before checkout. That was a huge weight off my shoulders. Would absolutely recommend this listing and would stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. The host is always very responsive. We are so very grateful to have found such a lovely place that is so comfortable for our family. Everything worked as described, no issues. Looking forward to returning again.

Like some say, don't judge a book by its cover. The neighborhood is a little outdated, but very peaceful and quiet. Vanessa was a great host! Very responsive and she had clear instructions on her listing. The ambiance, cleanliness, peacefulness of her listing was spot on. Master king bed was so comfy; might be more comfy than my own bed! I appreciated Vanessa for leaving laundry detergent for my family and I to do laundry during our stay. And also for leaving a new sponge and dish soap in the kitchen. I would like to mention that the security at the pool does check your ID, so don't forget your ID when utilizing the neighborhood pool. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend :-)

My stay was great! This place is fantastic! Beautiful and roomy. Will be booking a stay here again. The only thing they need is more towels. This is my first Air BNB that I rented and I’m very satisfied. Great host and responds quickly.

This was an excellent stay for me and my family. The house has been completely remodeled on the inside, it’s extremely nice. There’s a pool and you can fish off the back of the property into the lake, so if you love fishing, it’s a great spot for you. The hosts were incredible and communicated very well at all times. I have nothing bad to say about our experience with this host or their home. Two thumbs up

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

Renee was a great host. Very responsive. Tank on the grill was low, mentioned it and had a new take in an hour. Great little place, for us to hang out with family.

We had a great time with no issues staying here. The pool was clean and we used it regularly. The game room was fun and there were plenty of tv's in different rooms. Very few bugs made it through the screened in pool surrounding, so it was a great area to relax. 1.5 hours or less to the Orlando attractions and a little over an hour to multiple great beaches. It is about 1/2 hour to Busch Gardens.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and fully equipped house. We enjoyed the pool and nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. But mostly enjoyed the lovely peacocks that lived in the neighborhood that we saw on nightly walks. Would definitely would stay there again.

It was convenient location for my son soccer tournament, which is in JC Handly park.

This was an amazing little get away, and even though the property is shared space, we hardly saw others and it felt very private.Kristin was a very attentive host and helped us with our needs during the stay. Absolutely beautiful views of the river and a very comfortable unit, recommended!

My husband and I traveled from Ohio. Florida is originally home for my husband and I. We were looking for a place that was in the heart of Brandon, where we could go and do all that we needed to. The trip we took wasn’t for vacation but Amy’s place made it feel like vacation! I loved the private and peaceful location. It was cozy, like her description says. We spent 2 weeks at Amy’s and would definitely come back when we are in FL again! Highly recommend!

Had an amazing 8-night stay! The home was beautiful—right on the lake with stunning sunsets. The pool, putt putt course, pool table, and piano made it extra special. Jordan had come by to attend to a pool overflow issue so we got to meet and troubleshoot. The needing to text to heat the pool seems fairly exhaustive and inefficient process. Nothing I would miss another visit to this gem for… Jordan is truly a Superhost. He is very friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our 8 night stay at Carrie’s charming little place was exactly what we needed for our visit to family in Florida. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and everyday we looked to the privacy and comfort of our little home away from home after the day’s adventures. The price was excellent and Carrie was quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely stay here again when we get a chance to return. Thanks for everything Carrie!

I was so excited to stay at this home. Everything was nice and clean and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We were a little disappointed about the pool not being clean when we arrived. That was one of the main reasons we booked this property. Everything else was great. I will definitely book again. If your looking for a quiet getaway not far from shopping and plenty of food. This is the place for you.

We had a great experience during our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We are so thankful we got to find a new quiet neighborhood to stay in close enough to Tampa and the beach as well!

Two families stayed at the house for a soccer tournament. The location was great, just 20 minutes from the fields. The house was well equipped and a perfect set up with bedrooms and bathrooms. Kids had fun fishing in the canal. Rebecca was as amazing host!! She was quick to respond to questions. Had a wonderful stay!!
