Outstanding spot in Dubrovnik! Make sure you are fine with walking up and down a lot of stairs before booking - it gave us all a workout getting from the house to Old Town

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

The space is good for four people. The house is quite spacious and clean. Flexible check-in and the host always responded quickly. The address is difficult to find because it has a lot of stairs and is on a hill, if you have a lot of luggage it will be difficult. But if you have a small suitcase or backpack, it's super ok.

We had amazing stay in this apartment. It was very very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Nice stroll to the Old Town about 15 to 20 min. Maro and Stjepan were a big help! We had a short stay but would book again, 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay in Orasac, roughly a 40-minute drive from Dubrovnik Airport. Adrian was a great host for our stay. He was able to accommodate our late flight and check-in and made us feel right at home in the apartment. Throughout the week, Adrian assisted us with amenities, utilities and car parking. The area is very picturesque and great for exploration on foot, or with a car. There are a few shops and bakeries in the village, with a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the coast through a forest camp. We've found the listing to be accurate, with all relevant information made clear. There are lots of things to do and see in Dubrovnik, such as the Old Town and boat tours with snorkeling! Trsteno is home to a wonderful botanical garden. Our trip was in the low season, around Easter, giving us a nice balance of relaxing and exploring activities by driving to other towns. Overall, we'd recommend Villa Aquarius as a great place to stay for those wanting to discover the Adriatic Coast!

Our stay in Dubrovnik was entirely enjoyable. It started with helpful communication with Dragan a few days prior to arrival and continued through our stay. His family friend (Ivan) met us and helped us park our vehicle and carry bags into the apartment. The space is as advertised. Fully renovated and comfortable. We were a group of 6 and found everything to be to our liking. Close enough to Old Town for a walk or short Uber ride.

A brilliant place to stay for the price. Only a 10 minute walk into Old Town (if you dont mind a little bit of a hill on the way back) and just a few minutes walk from shops, a couple of bars and a beautiful beach. Ada kindly arranged to pick us up which saved trying to book a taxi and let us check in as soon as got there although it was early with a bottle of wine waiting for us. The place was really clean and perfect for exploring the centra of Dubrovnik and the areas directly around

The place was clean, nice, matched the photos, and we didn't miss anything. The host was responsive, answered all questions without any issues. Everything was set up for our arrival. The advantage is your own parking spot for free which is a big problem in this location. We rate this stay 10/10.

The place was a perfect find for our family of 4 (2 young children). The place is a few minutes drive from the airport and it was easy to get around on the east coast by car or using public bus lines. The host was really nice and helpful giving recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. We also got to taste good home made wines, liquor and grappa, and also home made sausages, which where really good and felt especially welcoming. The kids loved the place and there was colouring pencils and paper in the appartment so they could draw pictures. The kids also loved the friendly dog Cookie, which lives downstairs :) All in all, we had a great holiday in Croatia which was mainly due the awesome appartment, recommendations from the host regarding places to see and also easy access to the sightseeings and restaurants, airport etc., from the appartment. We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

Excellent apartments that have everything you need. Parking was always available next to the house. Kirill is an excellent host: he helped carry suitcases, helped with check-in, told about the location of shops, cafes and other important places, told about the sights and provided brochures with descriptions. We had a great time in these apartments. The only negative I encountered is the difficulty when trying to see the bay 😁

Stijepo was an extremely approachable host, responsive, and available to answer any questions. Lovely place, with all the necessary amenities, clean, tidy. Warm recommendations for both the host and the listing. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed at Branko's villa for 4 days at the end of May and it was wonderful. In real life the villa looks even better than the photos - it is big, spacious and full of character. And the pool is big enough to do lengths in if you want some exercise. We just wanted to unwind with our boys for a few days before heading to the islands. The boys loved the pool and the gym but the winner was the pool table - we played every day and in the evening after dinner. We went to Dubrovnik a couple of times - around 20 Euros in an Uber. A hire car might have been handy, especially in getting supplies from the supermarket but we didn't really need one. Branko was kind enough to lend us his car one afternoon to pop down to the supermarket! The village is very quiet and peaceful, we hardly saw anyone but it was early in the season. All in all a fantastic, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. We would definitely go back - it would be a great house for a large group. Thank you Branko!

The absolute best house by far that we have rented on Airbnb! Mali Zaton (easy walk to the main town of Zaton) is just fabulous with fresh seafood restaurants a few minutes walk, cool coastal paths and local shops for all your needs, with such ease to get to Dubrovnik by bus/local taxi/uber with other interesting areas along the coast including not far at all from amazing botanical gardens where Game of Thrones was filmed. Every morning I was completely struck by the most amazing view over the mountains and the sunny bay, just stunning, many photos captured! The owner Drazen has done impeccable work ensuring this beautiful house has everything you need and much more. We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed the heated spa pool with impressive jets so you can get a proper swim, with lovely spaces to sunbathe, eat food with a large gas bbq You will not be disappointed on a break here, Drazen goes out his way to ensure you are looked after and offered so many great recommendations, Hvala

Excellent stay for a game developer conference with 6 people

Marko is welcoming, and responsive to needs. The accommodation is super comfortable and very well equipped. Very nice little touches, especially coffee pods, tea. Bath towels for swimming... frankly, it's really nice. The accommodation is very clean.

Amazing. The house was perfect. 5 ladies of a certain age so we all had our own room. Coffee, milk, water, chocolate. An endless list of extras this host provides, down to beautiful liquors made by his Mum. Excellent communication by our host. Such a beautiful peaceful spot with a local bus service should you need it. We did several trips from this location including Dubrovnik and Korcula. Mario’s Mum is on hand to help with literally anything and she brought us the most beautiful home made apple strudel. This family go above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this house.
