Holiday rentals with a patio in Brașov

This is my second time staying in this apartment building but first time in this apartment. The place was absolutely stunning and fulfilled all of my needs while on business for 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is very peaceful as it is located a little bit higher up on the hill with stunning views. This is definitely a place I'd like to come back to. Clean , modern spacious and welcoming . Absolutely going on my favorites list !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out very easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee and other soft drinks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, and also quite big. It had all the necessities in it-towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, and other useful items. Un I really liked the region it is situated in, because it is only 10 minutes away from the Old Centre of the city.

The place was amazing, so beautiful to see the mountains. Mihai was very friendly and accommodating. The dog was a huge plus she was very sweet and playful. Definitely recommend this place!

The apartment nr4 is modern, spacious and luminous with a big livingroom and open kitchen. There is a cofee machine, kettle, microwave and an electric stove. A large dinning table and a small table on the balcony. The bedroom is cosy and peacefull. The bathroom is large, with everything you might need. The acces is easy and the informations are very precise. The neiboorhood is very quiet and there is comfortable parking space. All the place is very clean. We definetly come back.

Extremely large and spacious spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment in great location. Shared internal garden for when the weather is nice. Nice to be a bit away from the centre but still an easy 20 minute walk to the main square. Property is situated very close to the Schei area's nain square which is near the Romanian church and First Romanian School Museum. Bus stop nearby (there is a machine there to buy tickets). No 4 bus goes to and terminates at the train station which we used for travelling to Zarneşti to go on a bear spotting trip and Râşnov to go to the Libearty Bear Sanctuary (took an Uber for the remaining 5 kms). Would be happy to stay here again if returning to Braşov.

Wer sich für Geschichte, Kultur und historische Städte interessiert, ist hier genau richtig! Wer ein schickes IKEA-AirBnb braucht, eher nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem alten Haus gefühlt, ruhig und nur zehn Fußminuten vom Zentrum der Altstadt entfernt. Man sollte daran denken, dass in guten alten großbürglichen Villen die Küche eigentlich nur ein Ort für Bedienstete war. Umso mehr Platz gibt es in den Wohnzimmern. Wir vier Freunde haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt!

Mihail is very pleasant to talk to and hospitable. The villa was clean, great beds and pillows, everything you need for the bathroom and kitchen. Cozy backyard. Mikhail decorated the house for our arrival and put up a Christmas tree. We had a great time, thank you Mihail!

I am often cynical about the claims people make in descriptions, but actually, I think that Reka might have understated what she offers! The house is superbly situated just 5 minutes from the town centre (and it is a lovely town, safe, quiet, culturally interesting with great bars and restaurants) and the apartment has all the facilities and amenities stated in the description .......but it's somehow even better! Reka herself was impressively efficient (and patient!) in dealing with any issues I had, responding virtually immediately and was extremely helpful. Should I ever return to Sepsi then I will definitly want to stay at Reka's!

Absolutely amazing! Ana's home is perfect for a family reunion. All the rooms were spotless and Ana was a great host. I highly recommend her place

This was the best accomodation we could find in the center of Brasov! Alex was super friendly and sociable, communication was perfect, making our check-in extremely smooth, we had free parking right in front of the house, 5 minutes walking distance to the city center! :) It was great hospitality from Alex, we were waited with croissants and hot drinks :) The house was sparkling clean, smelling amazing inside, with great view over the historical old-town from the terrace and right from the living-room :) We had the best experience in Brasov center living in this accomodation, we highly recommend it and we will come back 100% ! :)

This place is truly fantastic—perfectly located, private, and yet only a 5-minute drive from Bran Castle. It comfortably accommodates 16 people and offers all the amenities a large group could need. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own private bathroom, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature. The house was spotless, and we immediately felt at home from the moment we arrived. The pool table and table tennis were a big hit with our group, adding to the fun and relaxation. Outside, the setting is idyllic, with gentle streams running nearby and a peaceful atmosphere that made everything feel just right. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Have to say it was a great, open space and beautiful apartment it was a little outside of the centre but that didn’t bother myself or the other guests. It was in a very nice and quiet area with plenty of supermarkets at reach. Would definitely come back when I stay in Brasov again:) Thank you Cosmin!

O locuință foarte bine organizata, impecabil de curata, în inima centrului vechi al Brașovului. Gazda foarte ospitaliera( ne a așteptat cu bomboane, ceai, cafea ), prompta și prietenoasa, Recomand cu încredere acest apartament. Vom reveni cu drag! Mulțumim mult d na Ramona pentru tot!🤗😇

What a wonderful place to stay in Braşov! The parking is such a breeze, the apartment is so spacious and beautiful and yet so close to everything in town. This is the place to stay if going to Braşov!

Квартира чудова, дуже світла і чиста. Повністю відповідає фото . В квартирі є все для комфортного проживання, багато посуду , рушників, постіль . Величезна тераса з неймовірним видом. Район просто чудовий , тихий . Під будинком є великий майданчик для діток. Великий бонус - наявність паркінгу і комори. Господар дуже привітний. З радістю повернемось ! Всім рекомендуємо ))

Wonderful location easy to find, beautiful views from the Terrace, the apartment is roomy well laid out and fitted to a high standard. It is right in town but still quiet at night time you really can’t find a better apartment in Brasov, will definitely stay here again thank you so much, also to note is the host is exceptionally friendly and helpful you are in good hands 😍

Elena is very welcoming and her place is perfect to explore Transylvania! It is close to Brasov, Bran, Libearty Bear Sanctuary and other places. The apartment is very cozy and definitely recommend! Elena even left homemade dessert which was delicious.

Since we’re returning there for the 4th time says something about this place…always clean and neat, very close to the downtown, the hosts are always very quick responsive,friendly and helpful , truly a pleasure to be a guest in this gorgeous place.

Nice and cozy place, with good location (near was markets, and with car you can fast arrive to different place like (Poiana Brasov, Amfiteatrul Transilvania, etc). Also there was and dedicate parking lot. The host send us clear instruction how to get to the place. Higly recomend.
