If you and your family need peace and quiet, rent this lovely gem of a cottage between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Newly built in 2022. Underfloor heating everywhere. Ideal for families with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + a loft and crib and toys, children's chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, there is a beautiful playground in Bratten Strand at the local grocery store. The house contains 2 beautiful bathrooms and is also equipped with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural grounds.

The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south-facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy room of the house. The place is ideal for a relaxing vacation, with excellent options for activities within a short distance.

Relax in this unique and quiet home. A very special natural plot that invites you to have a lot of fun. There are many good nooks and crannies outside where you can relax. There is, among other things, a covered terrace in the extension of the house and then there is a terrace with sunbeds under the trees, as well as a fireplace. There is also an outdoor shower. Cozy summerhouse in Bratten beach for nature lovers and families close to the lovely beach in Bratten. The house is close to the grocery store/grill and the fishing village Strandby, where there is also the lovely marina. At the port it is possible to buy fresh fish or eat at the local Bistro Mimis Possibility for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children as well as 1 child in guest bed. Large bathroom with heated floors. Heat pump was just installed. The roof of the vacation home has just been painted.

Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.
