The homeowner lives downstairs and is very friendly, & accommodating. Guests have full access to the shared areas of the home, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and backyard. The upstairs bathroom is shared with other guests when the additional rooms are occupied. 10 mins from Pearland hospitals! No pets at all.
