A private entrance welcomes you into an open living and kitchen space. The kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave/air fryer combo, dishwasher, and coffee maker stocked with delicious LOCAL COFFEE. The Whoop! Barndo is a guest house in our barn next to our house. You'll have exclusive access to the cozy and cute barndominium plus shared access to the pool, hot tub, large barn porch, ping pong table, fire pit, and "remote yet close to town" setting. The downstairs features a living area, kitchen, speed queen laundry, full bathroom, and master bedroom. Upstairs is a large room with a twin bed plus a trundle bed that makes 2 additional twin beds. Our cabin holds a special meaning to Julie and I. We poured our hearts n souls into the cabin to make it special. The interior wood finishes were extract by us n came from an old dairy barn. We gave the wood new life for many years to come. We hope you take time to notice the character of the wood and enjoy. NO PETS ALLOWED. Owners live on property. Travel time to Kyle Field is 35-40 depending on gameday traffic the closer you get to College Station.

Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!
