Pellor Barn. One bedroom modern barn near coast.

Pellor Barn is in Breage, a lovely village with a post office,shop and a great pub.There’s also a playing field & park suitable for young children. It’s a perfect base to explore Cornwall, only a short drive to the beaches and the harbour village of Porthleven, with it’s many great restaurants, and from the stunning coast path, great for dog walks! The barn has an open plan kitchen and lounge with a sofa bed and a large double bedroom upstairs. There is an enclosed garden around the property.

Over 100 years old, our traditional Cornish cottage is bright, cosy and very comfortable. It is in a quiet location within 5 minutes drive from the coastal path and the pretty port of Porthleven, as well as some of the best beaches in the UK. It is our family holiday home, let for only a few weeks of the year, and there is ample space for 6 people. The house is very well equipped throughout and, as we spend a lot of time here with our grandchildren, it is very child-friendly.
