We stayed for two nights and felt relaxed and calm. From star gazing to playing garden croquet, we filled our time. The pool was great but be warned it’s cold! Once you’re in you are fine but it takes a few minutes to get submerged. What was really thoughtful, and much appreciated, was the home-made scones on arrival. Maureen and William were very sociable and very kind. We would love to visit again.

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

This was the best air b and b stay I’ve had! It was so peaceful and quiet. I booked it for my mums birthday and she was blown away by the property. If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place! Everything was such high quality and felt very homely. Thank you ☺️

We had an a amazing stay. The home was so comfortable. I was visiting with 7 friends so they set all the room as single beds which was perfect for us. The pool was so nice and we enjoyed an evening swim while watching movies on the projector. The area is so peaceful and there are some lovely pubs nearby such as the litton. I would love to visit again!

Everything about Sarah’s place was terrific. The pool is amazing and worth the trip all by itself! Sarah met me and was incredibly welcoming. The bedrooms are comfortable and we spent a long time around the dining room table just having the best time. I imagine winter here would be amazing.

We stayed during the hot weather in June this year and made use of the real wall mounted air conditioning in every room except bathroom. The property is easily within walking distance of town centre and Tesco. We dealt with Stuart throughout our stay and he was quick to reply to messaging throughout our stay and was professional in person. We found a dead pigeon in the back garden (it has two gardens and sun all day in both) and wanted to know what to do with it. He came around and took it away. We wanted to stay another week but it was booked. This property will be top of our list when we return again.

We had a beautiful time at Oldwood Cottage. Everything in the home was easy to find; tea, coffee, extra linens. The home was peaceful and sunny and we would certainly stay again! The beds were very comfortable. Glastonbury and Wells are accessible by car easily. The driveway parked 3 cars. Thanks to our host for responding quickly. We noticed the smaller shower went from hot to freezing so mostly stuck to the main one (something for the host to note), but the other bathroom was gorgeous and worked well.

Mo, was so helpful before we arrive and during our stay. The property was lovely. Especially for my parents who are in their 80’s. So easy to get around and hand rails. The view from the decking is what I’ll miss the most. It was so beautiful. Can’t thank Mo enough. Simon.

A fabulous stay for my 60th birthday celebrations with the family. The whole house was perfect with plenty of space for 8 people to be. We all loved our individual rooms with en-suites and thought the house was beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was amply equipped with everything we needed including great cook books. Jo was was a great host who communicated with us very well beforehand. A fantastic house with an equally fantastic host!

Had a lovely 5 night stay at this beautiful cottage whilst we were having work done on our house. The hosts were always quick to respond to an issue we had and helped us fully. The house is beautiful, wonderfully furnished and decorated and perfectly located for a holiday in the West Country. Only 5 minutes from the motorway so easy access for you to explore all of Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Highly recommended

I booked the cottage as a surprise for my partners birthday and for a trip to Longleat Safari park, which is 15 minutes drive away. The cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The little touches of milk, tea, coffee and chocolates was very much appreciated as well as the children’s games. The cottage is peaceful, cosy and private. The beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our host Gemma was friendly, responsive and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Thank you for having us.

A lovely terraced home, within easy walking distance of Penarth town centre. It's a great base to explore the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan and extremely easy to get in to Cardiff. The house was very clean and comfortable and with everything you would need for a great break. Michael and Clare were great hosts and very helpful and responsive. We loved our holiday at Skipper's Cottage.

above and beyond in every aspect. firstly Jayne was the perfect host and couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. the accommodation was beautiful, the design and comfort were second to none. the bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower was phenomenal. furnishings and decoration were beautiful. a beautiful peaceful bolt hole in gorgeous gardens and countryside.

We stayed at Pearls wonderful air bnb to celebrate my Dad's 94th birthday. The house was stunning and very comfortable. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the front, not far from shops and great pubs. We didn't encounter any problem with parking outside the house. Would love to go back in the not too distant future.

We had the most excellent stay and would love to come back. The way that Claire and James had prepared the house for arrival was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. The place felt like a boutique hotel that we had to ourselves. They are truly excellent hosts. The two bars, incredible views, comfortable beds and sofas created a truly opulent experience. Thank you for having us. What a special place you have created. Hopefully see you again one day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with a good shower and heated towel rail. The off road parking was really useful. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, the marine lake and lots of bars and restaurants.

We stayed at Joanna's place for my best friend's hen and it was everything & more!! The pictures don't do it justice, it feels so much bigger. Orchard & rose garden were stunning, hot tub fab, BBQ amazing. Even after 2 nights we felt as though we hadn't explored enough of it! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Super clean. Comfy beds. Quiet spaces if you need time out. Beautiful surroundings & really easy to get to. Cannot fault it, it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Darren’s place, it was ideally located for us.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The house is located in the center of Cheddar only a few steps away from the touristy places, but far enough to not stay right in the middle of it. In summer it is really cool to have breakfast in the patio or to walk to the nearby lake. We loved that every dorm has its own bathroom what makes it very suitable for larger groups. The communication with Andy was very uncomplicated and friendly. The only point we had is that the kitchen is only equipped with smaller pans what makes it a bit difficult to cook for 8 persons. Thanks for having us!

Bunter's Paddock was stunning for our peaceful and small hen weekend away! We brought cleaning supplies and other staples, only to find out that they weren't needed. Small touches like this, the speaker for music in the hottub and a smart TV really made us feel at home. We lazed about Saturday afternoon, feeling no remorse, and felt safe in a clean and ordered house. We're already looking to book next year, but with our families! Unfortunately there was some noise on Saturday morning that disrupted the peace and quiet, none of which was the owner's fault. There's plenty of shops for food about a 7 minute drive away, so you aren't isolated either. Take away is also available, which is rare in some Air BnBs we've stayed in in the past. We didn't want to leave!
