The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

You will use the living room (couch accommodates one person), bedroom (double bed), kitchen, bathroom with shower & toilet and terrace, garden and a cozy sitting area in the courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Leipzig is 40 km, Halle 20 km and the beautiful Goitzsche 15 km Greek in the village Wi-Fi available, 2 bikes & grill

Our newly renovated apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable with the fully equipped cozy kitchen and its two rooms. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The outdoor swimming pool is right around. By bike it is 3 km to the Goitzsche Forest, by car 15 minutes to the free parking lot on Lake Goitzsche.

Sleep on cloud nine in the 5-star hotel beds. The entire property was freshly renovated and refurbished in 2022. The elaborately designed and well-kept garden invites you to relax. As a bad weather alternative, there is a large covered outdoor area with a barbecue area.

Enjoy Delitzsch and surroundings. Centrally located in the old town, you can explore Delitzsch on foot from the apartment. Visit the Baroque castle or walk along the historic Wallgrave. We are the Braasch family and in our house there is a small but nice apartment with a separate entrance, which we would like to offer as a guest apartment. Our house is close to Leipzig Airport but not in the flight path. You can get to the motorway quickly and get to Leipzig, Halle, the airport, Nova Eventis, Belantis, etc. quickly and easily.
