This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Villa Luce

Our holiday home with a private swimming pool is located on the Riviera of Omis. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom and mini-bar, while on the upper floor there is the living part and one more bathroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. Next to the swimming pool, there is a barbecue and a spacious terrace with panoramic view on the sea and islands. Mimice is a small place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. It is located 12 km away from the town of Omis.

Stunning waterfront villa with kayaks and SUPS!

Harbour View is a beautiful 2 bedroom house that sleeps up to 6 people in the stunning bay of Bobovisca Na Moru on the island of Brac. The house is in the front row to the sea just a few steps from the beach and incredibly clear waters of the bay. There are 2 stand-up paddleboards and 2 kayaks at the house so you can hit the water as soon as you arrive. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2.
