On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The bright, quiet apartment (non-smoking) is located on the upper floor of our annex with great views of nature and directly on the Gohbach. The apartment has a separate entrance. Ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. Verden-Ost highway exit 4 km, Niedersachsenhalle 3.8 km. Downtown Verden Cathedral is 4.8 km away. Rewe/Aldi, bakery 3 km. Bus stop 400 m.

WeserNah vacation home

Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale equipment, as well as fantastic Weserblick. The property is located directly on the Weserdich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open pointed floor room offer enough space for up to five people with two double beds and a sofa bed.
