Beautiful “Neustadt guest apartment” in the old Bremen house

Our guest apartment is located in the middle of Bremen's Neustadt and is therefore very centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a historic Bremen merchant villa from 1895. We renovated the apartment in 2018 and lovingly furnished it. From here, you can explore the beautiful city of Bremen on foot. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping opportunities, the daily weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafes, swimming pool, and much more.

Fantastic neighborhood 1-room old building! Best location! Quiet!

Fantastically located apartment in the landmarked house, quiet side street! Theater, art gallery, cathedral and old town within walking distance, the neighborhood with its pub culture and restaurants around the corner. The apartment was lovingly renovated by me (e.g. new parquet floor, custom-made industrial radiators) and since I have a penchant for art, design and curiosities, it is stylishly and comfortably furnished and equipped according to my imagination.

Bright, central (main station) 1-room apartment in side street

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is located about 10 minutes' walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easy to reach. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes' walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with Wi-Fi access! However, not a super fast fiber optic cable! Not selectable here in the center!

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

From this centrally located place you are in a few steps in the lively city life and yet live in a quiet side street. The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district, the "Viertel."
