The apartment is approximately 70 square meters, has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Unsere Wohnung (ca 70qm) mit kleinem Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, ist in Bremen Nord, St.Magnus gelegen. Die Constructor University und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Enjoy a stay in the former home of the painters Fritz and Hermine Overbeck in a modernly furnished 2-room apartment in a friendly and lively multi-generational house with its own terrace and garden access. The apartment is centrally located (shopping possibility, S-Bahn connection on foot) and at the same time in a green oasis in a scenic location (Schönebecker Aue, Bremer Schweiz). We invite every guest to visit the Overbeck Museum. 2 secured bicycle parking spaces available.

However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. There is everything you need for everyday needs in the apartment such as hairdryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, radio/CD player, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery as well as a balcony and much more. Our idyllic property is only 3km from the motorway and 15 min. to the center of Bremen We have several single and double rooms ,all with their own bathrooms. The rooms all have TV and WiFi. If necessary and for larger groups, several apartments with up to 20 beds are available. The prices depend on the number of persons and overnights. For 1-2 persons we offer double room/DuWC for 30€ per person/night Our guest apartments were newly built in 2017.

€75 will be charged for the first guest, and €25 for each additional guest. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

Relax as a couple or with the family at this peaceful place in northern Bremen. It is a nice clean apartment with two rooms and a stylish kitchen with the dining corner. A bathroom has a bathtub for more relaxation and a shower for a quick getting ready. There is a cute little balcony at the apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Bremen called Blumenthal. It's better to have a car, which you can park in the underground garage.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located right behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dyke and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000 m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.
