This gem is located 1.5 km (25 min walk) away from the downtown area yet central to the residential Geestemunde neighbourhood with all commodities a short walk away. The top floor balcony offers a view on the lively bi-weekly market place. Completely equipped for longer stays, a week long business trip or just a perfect weekend get away. Kids and dogs can play in the nearby parks. The space is fully equipped for babies to toddler.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large double bedroom, another room with double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. On the ground floor I live with my friend and our 3 CATS, I can't rule out that the curious fur residents visit you in case you have the door open for too long.

About 25 minutes walking to the next bus. 50m away is a large, maintained playground. In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee pad machine. Self check-in via a key box is also possible after the actual check-in time.
