Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Le logement est très moderne, impeccablement propre et offre une vue sur la mer vraiment agréable. Le quartier est super, sécurisé et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité où nous avons particulièrement apprécié dîner. We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

The place is located in a wonderful part of Lima that is safe and convenient. Grocery store at a walkable distance, ocean view, large terrace with a superb grill. The bed is comfortable, as is kitchen, stocked up with everything you need to cook a decent meal, or make that morning coffee. During our stay, we actually were able to cook some fantastic meals on that kitchen and feel ok while doing that. We all know how tricky cooking on someone else's kitchen can become :) Overall, we loved our stay. Monica is an outstanding host who takes care of you as if you were a part of her own family. We loved Lima, we loved Peru and Peruvian food, but most of all, we loved beautiful Peruvian people and relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

El mejor lugar para alojarnos , Claudia una excelente anfitriona con un trato muy cordial y amigable, la casa es maravillosa 100 % recomendable. Lleve a mi hijo de un año y amo la casa desde el primer momento , estábamos cerca a restaurantes y una ubicación cerca a todo. El jardín de la casa es una maravilla, volveré muy pronto.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Gabriel has been extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He provided my partner and I a wonderful experience in Lima. Will highly recommend using his services again!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchisimo nuestra estadia en este apartmento es un lugar muy agradable ,privado y acogedor sin ruidos exteriores que nos perturben y la sensacion de estar en un ambiente familiar. We stayed at Marco’s with our two kids for 5 nights and the place was perfect to accommodate our small group. The location was great and very walkable to many things to do. Check in was a breeze considering we were getting in at 2am! We would stay there again!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. This apartment was great for our stay in Lima. Easy access walking to anything you need as well as the ocean. Our host was eager to answer questions and make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will rent it again when we come back to Lima.
