Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking - large pots, a large pan and much more. There is even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modern and technically top-notch - TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped - shampoo, shower gel and even a hair straightener are available. The free sun loungers with umbrella are an extreme plus. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. It was also possible to exchange ideas with Alberto at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

Patrizia’s place was wonderful. It was a clean, well kept, good looking apartment in a great location. Perfect for a quick stay in Venice. We were given specific instructions on how best to reach the apartment depending on how we arrived in the city. We were met upon arrival and shown how to get inside the building. We also received local recommendations. Patrizia was proactive in planning and helped make our time in Venice fantastic.

This place… literally worth every penny. From the location and the perfect part of town it’s in, to the fact that I could hear the gondaliers as they go past our windows and opening up the windows to our own personal quiet canal. This place was everything and more. Truly a perfect airbnb in Venice. One of my friends was so inspired by the photos I posted of this place, she immediately booked it and planned a trip to come out just for this place. Highly recommend! Thank you again paolo!

She is an incredible host. From the moment we arrived at the Venice station, she stayed in touch with us. She provided clear instructions and met us at the boat stop. She spent an hour with us at her place, giving us a great orientation to the area and an overview of her home. We enjoyed our stay, explored a lot, and visited many attractions. Overall, we loved her place and highly recommend both the accommodation and the host.

Nicola's apartment is a beautiful apartment , providing everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great location, easy walking distance to everything. Nicola is a fantastic host and great communicator , offering some great advice on restaurants and places to visit, nothing was too much bother for him, always happy to help , even booking our early taxi for our departure. Verona is a beautiful place and would highly recommend people visit it and stay in Nicola's apartment.

Our stay at Antonio’s was everything we could have asked for. We arrived in the evening during a downpour of rain and were so grateful for the close proximity of the apartment to the bus station with our luggage. Antonio met us upon arrival and gave us local info & suggestions, and lent us a couple of his umbrellas for the night :) He was genuinely friendly, and clearly cares for his home and guests, which we appreciate. The apartment is well equipped with laundry, a nice warm shower, hair dryer, AN ICE TRAY (!!!-iykyk), and cute/helpful books/maps about Venice and Italy. The AC works well and quickly, and the street is very quiet which makes for a great sleep. I would recommend staying at Antonio’s to anyone, especially those seeking a less crowded neighborhood. MAJER bakery about a block away is OUTSTANDING pastries. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

Fabio was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He went out of his way to meet us at the train station, arranged for a water taxi to take us from the train station to the apartment, ensured we were settled in at the apartment, set us up with a water taxi back to the train station, and even escorted us to the water taxi station on our way out. He was very responsive, kind, and helpful.

The house was exactly as described! It had chilly air conditioning, the perfect location and a super responsive host. My film for my film camera got destroyed and the host even went and purchased some for me and had it waiting on the table, when I arrived. I thought that the bed/pillows were fine and we slept great!

This apartment is top notch! We are a family of 5 enjoying Venice. This apartment was perfect. The location is in a quieter area of Venice. Apartment was super clean and pristine. We felt right at home. The air conditioning was amazing after exploring in the Hot Italian sun. When we come back to Venice we will most definitely book this apartment again. It had all of the amenities that you could want! Thanks for the great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Venice overlooking canals and most of Venice. The large private balcony was the highlight of the apartment . It is a short distance away from the busy tourist areas but these are easily accessible. There were loads of lovely places to eat close by and supermarkets to buy supplies. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for our group of two mothers and three daughters for a few nights. The view right on to the grand canal was fantastic and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and well set up. We liked being out of the crowds but easily within walking distance to all major sights, a few steps away from the nearest water taxi stop. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to any of our questions. Thanks for a great stay, we highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Venice!

We had a great stay for three! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. Especially practical: A supermarket was only a minute's walk away. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was very kind and helpful. The area is fantastic for cyclists and bikers - there are many beautiful routes and wonderful nature. Small loving details in the accommodation have also made our stay more beautiful. We would come back anytime – thank you for the wonderful time!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

Wonderfull appartment offered by Phil and Sylvie. They have great instructions/advice and are really flexible/relaxed. You will share the property with other guests in the other appartments though, so if that’s not your thing keep this in mind. We shared it with really relaxed families as well, so absolutely a great experience. The area offers a mix of must visit small towns and larger cities (Vicenza/Padua +-30 minutes and Venice +-45 minutes) with everything you neer for a great holiday! 5 stars for sure.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

It was really a dream house for our honeymoon with beautiful views over the lake. Outside, 2 comfortable sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs. We will definitely come back.

A charming and very cleverly put together attic apartment, that manages to get a full kitchen, two private bedrooms, a patio and a luxuriously large tub into an otherwise tiny space. Just around the corner from a walking avenue full of good restaurants, cute shops and a charming canal. Less than 20 minutes from anything at all you want to walk to in Bologna. Yes, there are low ceilings in the corners - watch your head! But the only possible “heads up” needed for this lovely place is that the elevator only goes from the second floor to the 5th, and this apartment is on the 6th, so be prepared to carry bags 2 floors up - to the elevator and then beyond its final stop. It’s totally manageable, and worth it!, just not something I understood beforehand. Now you know!
