Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

Absolutely amazing place! A rare find that you should absolutely book, if you get the chance. Cozy apartment with a big garden and private beach. With small kids you cannot find any better place! Lovely host, very helpful and answered questions right away! Will go back if we get the chance.

The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores points with a private parking space on the property — right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect an immaculately clean, tastefully decorated accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets – and even the beach is just a jump away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with fantastic views, quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We've all fallen in love with this place-the perfect place to start and end the day relaxed. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive host who can always be reached. Thank you! We will be back for sure😊. It was a wonderful trip to Jesolo in a beautiful apartment . We enjoyed it very much.

We are super grateful that we were allowed to arrive so flexibly, as we have a baby. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The terrace and the pool were our highlights. We had a great time and highly recommend it!!

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is small but very well equipped - we lacked nothing. We particularly liked the proximity to the lake and the city center. Boris is very helpful and responds quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Oreste's was absolutely wonderful! The place was exactly as described – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you might need. You can immediately tell that Oreste is making a great effort to make his guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Oreste was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host – always available and very attentive. He gave us great tips for restaurants and attractions in the area, which made our stay even more special. The location of the accommodation was also ideal – quiet, but still well connected and close to many interesting places. We felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. We can fully recommend the accommodation and Oreste as a host and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

It was six wonderful days at Frank's house! The house has an incredible view of the lake, something unforgettable! For me and my friends who were looking for rest, it was the perfect choice. The neighbor is quiet, the house is complete with all the utensils, it has a garage and a beautiful terrace with a Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and everything looked brand new. I loved it and will definitely be back in the summer! 1000/10

A great stay as a couple in an idyllic setting, perfect for recharging! :)) Note for those sensitive to noise: footsteps can be heard on the stairs above the bathroom, and the French window lets in outside sounds.

Our first visit to Lake Garda ( It’s indeed a paradise ) was made cozier - thanks to Ricardo’s home … it’s suited for family of 4, at fantastic location ( places like Malcisine , Riva Del Garda , Lazise & many others are so easily accessible..& a short drive away )… close to great restaurants, lake just behind the house , supermarket nearby .. I would highly recommend this place … kitchen for us was very important & this place had it all - very functional kitchen with everything equipped .. hosts were both very communicative & helpful .. I’ll certainly come back here again next year … Regards

The apartment is absolutely fantastic, right on the promenade, very central, but still pleasantly quiet. It is very spacious (we were two), clean and corresponds to the photos. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake. The contact with Gianmario was straightforward, he immediately responded to questions after check-in and helped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We liked it very much! We would love to come ☺️ back as Germans we would have liked to have had a toaster, but that would also be the only shortcoming. There are many anglers😅 outside the door all day, which is somewhat calming.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

This typical beach apartment overlooking the beautiful Chioggia is a real paradise. The location is perfect, to reach the beach and the center of Sottomarina, a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is furnished with taste and care, with ample spaces and a terrace overlooking the sea, the view is breathtaking front to Chioggia and the fishing port, the sun comes abundantly from the windows, with a wonderful sunset! The cleanliness and organization are impeccable, every detail is designed for maximum comfort. The management service was very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for an apartment by the sea that makes you feel like on vacation, this is the place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun holiday.
