La casa odorava di umidita' ma i grandi spazi erano veramente apprezzabili oltre alla centralita' della posizione! Siamo stati molto bene!!

Stunning place! Amazing sea views! Our stay was amazing. We loved the beach that is a few steps away from the place. We spent most of our days at that beach only as it’s very convenient and a lovely beach for walking or swimming or even snorkelling as there’s also a tidal pool. Loved everything about the place. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The views and sounds of the Indian Ocean were spectacular. The master bedroom and a secondary bedroom both had sliding door access to the large balcony. We were close to shopping and restaurants on Ballito. We went on a couple of excursions but the meeting point was about 45 min to an hour away, depending on time and traffic. The meeting point was down at south beach, close to the magnificent soccer stadium. This unit is on the third floor; there is no elevator, just in case you have problem with stairs. The property attendants were helpful and friendly as they assisted me with getting my luggage up to the third floor. All in all it was a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay at Melanie’s place again.

The place is beautiful, it exceeded our expectations especially the decor inside and the ocean view. Breathtaking.

Sarah's place looked just like the pictures and was neat and clean. The host was also responsive and friendly during our stay. Apartment is set in a private position within the estate with stunning views and with easy access to the beach. Overall enjoyed our stay and will consider going back

We loved our short stay here. Dawn was helpful in providing baby equipment for our stay. It's a spacious apartment with a small garden and beautiful views of the sea. Highly recommended.

Lisa’s place was stunning - great location and very spacious! Lisa was super responsive and helpful and even gave us a flexible check-out which was greatly appreciated!

We arrived around 5pm and found the key in the lockbox. Sandy was very responsive to our needs. There was a problem with one of the air conditioners and she sent a technician out to remedy the problem. The solar panels, inverter and battery were a real bonus as there were a couple of unexpected power outages and we were not affected by them. The house is spacious with beautiful sea views from most of the bedrooms and living areas. It is well decorated and makes for good and comfortable living with more than enough kitchen utensils to cater for our full house of eight people and three dogs. Sipho worked during the week keeping the garden and pool area clean, including cleaning the braai. We used him inside a couple of times to clean at an additional cost paid directly to him. He even washed our cars without being asked to do so. When the deck overlooking the ocean became a bit windy, we used the well protected pool and covered braai area. The pool table and dart board added to the fun

Melissa was the BEST. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! The place is absolutely beautiful and truly became the highlight of our vacation. The check-in process was smooth. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely going back.

Home is lovely and beautiful. The estate has many pools and restaurants and lots of areas for children to play and swim. Grant was a great host and would highly recommend Grant and this property! We can’t wait to come again .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Mer No4. The unit is clean,spacious and so stunning with all the modern finishes and homely touches. Thandi was so warm and welcoming and kept the place so neat and tidy. I highly recommend for families and couples who are looking to enjoy the beauty of Ballito and surroundings in a home away from home. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.
