Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brevard County

Where do I begin! Adriana really made this trip for us. She was very quick to respond and never gave me bad news. She made my guest and I feel better comfortable and we honestly believe the stay wouldn’t have been the same if it was with a different HOST! She was fantastic! Don’t get me started on the lovely property. I am currently writing this at work where I she’s spent most of my time reminiscing our stay. From happy atmosphere to relaxing pool side and admiring the beauty within the yard. Not only that but the property was close to everything while also being secluded and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which is very hard to come by. I wish I can go back and I’ll be sure to make the wish come true. My guest and myself, 100% plan on coming back…it’s all just a matter of when. Espacio Azul was such a fun and well-stocked place to stay! We loved the unique decor and the spacious bathroom and common living areas. The backyard setup was also so cozy and welcoming! We appreciated the hospitality of Lyn and Harry personally showing us around to introduce us to the house as well. It was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach! The host was incredibly accommodating and even let us come a day early, which we really appreciated and were so excited about. The home had everything we needed, fresh sheets, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, and even beach gear like chairs and float tubes, which made our beach days super easy and fun. The location was great. Just a peaceful 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute stroll to the pier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a low-key getaway. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Let me know if you’d like to make it more casual, more detailed, or add any personal touches!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for our family to gather and spend quality time together. One of my favorite moments was waking up early to watch the sunrise from the dock—so peaceful. My brothers had a blast fishing too. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and just the right fit for all of us. Lindsey was an amazing host—so responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs loved staying here. There was so much to do in the area and we had a great trip, but even just staying at the house was a highlight. The pool was perfect and the backyard was the perfect area for our dogs to play. Kenneth was very communicative and had great recommendations. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Our stay was wonderfu! The house and the location were beautiful. We had the beach all to ourselves and we were there while the sea turtles were mating and laying eggs. Seeing all the turtles was an added bonus to the trip. It was a relaxing fun vacation and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Host was very responsive and such an easy check in and check out.

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Look forward to returning I recommend her place immensely. Thank you Maria

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

We had the best time! If you want to see sea turtles, you’ll see them very often. We seen them out in the water and on shore everyday. It was magic! Also getting a great view of space coast launches! Having the extra stuff for guests like beach gear is nice especially for those that fly and travel light! We are all planning to come back here with our families!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

all around beautiful home. the inside was super clean and organized. The pool was a hit for our kids, they couldn't get enough of it. They had a ton of supplies and she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place and our family will be back.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.
