Easy access to trolley, I95, US1 and Biscayne Blvd. 15 minutes from south beach and Miami International airport. Great areas to walk around.

Includes amazing amenities from Icon Brickell, olympic pool, jacuzzi outdoor, dining, amazing spa ,gym. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to facade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. .Valet parking only, other parking option’s nearby. Minimum age 21.
